DO NOT BOOK WITH FLASH GROUP ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE AND ROOMSTAYED IN 71305 AND FACED NUMEROUS ISSUESWILL BE 0 STARS IF CAN I DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE A RATING OF 3+/5ISSUES FACED1. 71304 and 71305 are connecting rooms but I could open the connecting door between 71304 and 71305major red flag for security and safety and staff refused to change our room insisting that the door was sealed until I showed them the picture below and they came down to close the doorused the furniture in the room to block the connecting door as we were paranoid about it being able to open when we first entered2. aircon will auto switch off aft 30mins (reported and technician came to repair the following day)3. only had 1 measly bottle of shower wash for 2 ppl for 3d2n stayrequested for more and was told will be charged at rm5 per bottle????4. only had 1 hanger in the closet (reported and staff put 2 more the following day)5. hinge of shower door was broken and falling apart you can see the screw that had dropped out on the fallsafety hazard especially in the shower areashower door also could not be closed fully so water would spray out6. the tap at the sink was loose and could be wiggled around (small issue but clearly shows lack of upkeep)7. found an opened tea packet??? unhygienic af to leave it there8. tv was not working at all no signal found9. NO HOUSEKEEPING DESPITE BEING MENTIONED IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONswitched on the housekeeping light when we left but came back to see the room was not tidied up checked with FLASH GROUP and they said no housekeeping was provided?? if we want we could pay RM150 for 1 time cleaning???? we said ok don't need to clean but at least give us new towels since the old towels were already thrown on the floor as we thought there was housekeeping???? but no insisted on charging us RM60 for new towels???? * crazy company trying to milk money from their guestsno sense of service or courtesy to at least provide us a change of towels for all the issues on the first day but no they decided that their company policy was more important than guest serviceI know they are quite a big company throughout Malaysia with many apartments but this will be the first and last time I'm booking with themRather I recommend MagTree as a host; stayed with them previously on Genting and was...

The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long. - breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,. Just take the egg. Horrible experience and completely not worth the money. We are generally quite okay with budget rooms and even are able to handle some uncleanliness but the conditons of this room was so bad we ended up not even staying as the room was so disgusting. Had to book another room the actual night, due to how bad the condition was and unhelpfulness of customer service to switch rooms or accomodate refunds
Confusing customer service: Check in was confusing and the contact number provided was not helpful at all, asked what the procedure was and just told me check in was at 3, and did not provide other information. Had to ask other people on ground how to check in and got lost for about 30 mins.
Room was disgusting, which we found out was because the window was broken (see image) and was not able to close, letting the cold damp air into the room. There was a bad smell which can only be assumed to be mold or something rotting. The bed sheets and pillow were all cold and damp, and the furniture was incredibly disgusting and looked like it was rotting. The room was also so cold we basically had to wear jackets. The floor was also super dirty and sticky, and full of debris on your feet after walking in it.
Customer service did not offer to change room, basically telling us we had to deal with the horrendous room conditions.
