We traveled as a big group and stayed there for 2 nights. While you got tired after a long trip and would just love to have a hot shower and a good sleep, unfortunately the electricity just went off all of a sudden at the midnight! There were no spare rooms available for us to move so we just got stuck and needed to wait until the technician to come and fix the problems, which by then would be more than an hour later. ||On the second night another friend came and we expected to move into a triple room but then the hotel claimed that an extra bed was added, which indeed was just a mattress on the floor. It was really a very disappointing experience and I found it hard to make any recommendation...

It’s such a worst hotel that I had been see.The hotel room was so dirty and smelly.The receptionist treated so bad and don’t want help on services.The room that I booked found hair on bedsheet, tv no channel to watch,AC was not cold at all even at front desk counter.When we request to change the room the receptionist say that room unable to change and we need to adjust to stay there.Do I pay for hotel to adjust my-self?? I really don’t understand. There were cockroaches on the table. And secondly they have insufficient sockets.Overall to say I’m not satisfied with this hotel.I hope my review will help improve the hotel and I sincerely hope no one was harmed...
