Hotel Rim Global Pj21 — Hotel in Petaling Jaya

Looks different from photos on booking sites, i totally regretted choosing this hotel (i don't agree calling it a hotel). The room condition is very old, smelly and dirty. The walls have cracks and dirty stains on it, the aircond is like 20 years old, the TV can barely function and the screen is blurry af. The water volume coming out from the shower is very small, i felt tiring taking a bath. I would say there is no lobby, only a check-in counter. The pantry and walkway are very dirty and old as well.

There are only 7 rooms in this entire "hotel", with one staff, which is an indonesian i guess, who is not professional at all, can't even speak English.

I couldn't even find the entrance to the hotel because there is not even a shop sign. The entrance is just a small door, directing to the hotel at the 1st floor. You will not see any shop sign with the hotel's name.

Overall, it was the worst accomodation experience i had in my entire life. It is much worse than most budget hotels and i do not think this can even be called a hotel seriously. Highly NOT...

The reception service is bad … and got say if you dun want you can take the refund but it already a night time . No so much time for me to find a new hotel …. When I entered the room, it was in a very dirty state. I no longer wanted to apply for a room change because his service was very bad. When I first arrived, I was made to wait for an hour. I was given an empty room to wait in but wasn't allowed to do anything. When I entered the room, I found it was really bad. The walls were dirty, and the air conditioner didn't cool. Although the price was cheap, the quality wasn't much better, but this was really a scam. The photos didn't look that dirty. This place is really not...

The male receptionist is friendly and polite. However later I was annoyed with the woman rudeness to me. I went out in d evening for a meal and came back and press the button to open but only after several timed. B4 i reached d 1st floor she was yelling at me to use d passwords to open. I was told early by d earlier gentleman that i need to use d passwords at 1am onwards. She don't need to raise her voice to me. And there were roaches when I opened d room door running...
