Management here are obnoxious and patronising. When you have an issue, they will treat you like a child that is beneath them, and will do their best to ignore you. When you confront them, they will promise they will contact you with resolution within a week, 3 weeks will pass and you will not hear anything. You head down and confront them again, no apology for the delay, no apology for not alerting to any delay, instead all they do is promise they will contact you with resolution in another week. Two weeks pass and nothing. You head down once again, and it turns out there will be no resolution to your issue. Nor any apology for wasting your time, nor any apology for lying to you consistently, nor any apology for not getting the resolution that they promised. You wonder aloud how they could ever hold a job when they never deliver what they promise; when they hear it put like that, they reply nonchalantly with “we have heard your feedback”, you press further, and all you get is a sorry with a smirk… All I can say is management here would have fitted right in with Soviet Russia, but not for any business that cares about customer service. I give 5 stars to this condo in term of quietness, cleanliness and design. But zero star to some residents here, why? As this place is very quiet and I don't understand why some residents need to close their door so hard. This create sudden loud banging and it is very uncomfortable. We all love to live in a quiet and peaceful place yet why some people just need to ruin it. This is a fire door and it is heavy, just close it gently instead let it go and it will bang because the metal flap above the door already loosen up. To those residents whose doors metal flap have a problem, all you need is to tighten up that metal flap above your main door. You can ask any of your friends or YouTube it on how to screw that flap. This is the easiest thing to fix in fact free. But will change everyone life. Let's promote peaceful place for all of us.

Been renting at Eclipse Residence since September 2024. Overall I have had a very nice experience. Building is new (2018), so everything looks fresh and modern. My unit is just perfect for a small family of 3. Layout is well planned and all the space can be utilized. The lift is fast (KONE brand). Other than that, management is great and all the facilities are well taken care of. Gym is clean and the park at Level 10 is well maintained. Swimming pool is unique, it has sand! Looking forward to extending my rental contract for a further year after my current deal...
