Warung Hanna Paragon Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

Very not recommended. Food is just standard nothing special. But the customer service is the worst. I need to ordered 4 times the same thing. I have selected the menu which come with a set of food (2 white rice, 1 steam fish, 1 fried egg, 1 vege, 2 teh o ice drinks). What happens is each department of (chef, counter, drinks, and boss) have to come to me and asked again when they wanna start making our order. The worst is, we have waited about 20 minutes, and some one from the waitress come and ask "what food did you ordered?" And 5 minutes later, come again another one, "what drinks did you ordered?" And another few minutes, another one, "the fish that you ordered is 3 rasa or steam?" and lastly, there's only one drink arrived, should be two and they ask again "what drink did you ordered?" like what the Hell? How much times should I order and my food haven't being prepared? I chose the set which is the package of your menu. Isn't that is already more easier compare to me ordering ala carte for...

The behavior of the cashier was very rude during my last visit, this incident I noticed several times with some other customers too. but overall service was kinda okay. The quality of food is still considerable, The taste of Nasi of Nasi Lemak has changed from time to time. If they served the food in table, they must make bill while customer eating so that it would be easier for both parties to make payments and received payment. But they didn't do that and keep asking what did you eat.

What a let down, I've been in a lot of local malay restaurants, and by far, this is my worst experience. The entire staff couldn't care any less about their jobs, from the waiter clearing my table half-heartedly to the cashier's poor attitude when I asked why my food was 30 mins late when there is literally just 3 tables with customers.

A restaurant consists of 2 main elements, which are food and customer service. A decent restaurant should have average food and good customer service, and this restaurant clearly fails in its customer service. How can you expect one to come back again with the average food and poor customer service?

Anyway, I have no more words for this restaurant, and I certainly don't see myself coming back...
