Poorest customer service etiquette!!!! Especially the lady who serves the drinks!!! We ordered mint tea pot, carbonara and shisha via Qr code and paid via online.. We received the carbonara and shisha within few minutes… This lady come and and inform in a sarcastic face that there is no pot available and tea will be serve in 2 different glass. I just agreed without any demand or word.. Later on she come back again asking if we ordered waffle, and I just say no… and she stared and went back.. It took almost an hour for her to serve the drink.. And we eventually finished our food.. and again I placed 2nd order online and paid online again.. this time was 2 mushroom soup, garlic bread and kerepok lekok… food was delayed again…It only come after we ask multiple times… and this time this lady come and gave us a mineral water which I have not order and insisted that I have ordered.. I just said no and she went back with a sarcastic face.. Since we have paid everything online.. we decided to make a move and this lady run towards me and calls me as though I have not paid and ask me to walk in to the counter… Suchhhh a embarrassing movement… We paid everything online and this is how they treat… I was talking to the guy in the counter and this lady is responding as though she is not at fault at all and this is how things work in shishatown!!!!!!! And she keep raising her voice till the counter guy ask her to make a move!!! The counter guy checked everything and confirmed that I have paid and apologised for this…

Lamb shawarma: Crunchy, tender, juicy. It's authentic and brought us back to Qatar & Kuwait. Only critique: the wrap is thin, could be thicker. 12/10
Crispy Waffles: For someone who's a sweet-tooth, this much chocolate would usually be too much for my liking, but Shisha Town's version actually tasted nice. 9/10 (10/10 if there's ice cream). For someone who's not a sweet-tooth, it's obviously too sweet for my liking. However, I've gotta say that the waffle texture is really nice. I only took a few bites. A great dessert for someone who doesn't like desserts.
Adani tea: For someone who's familiar with it, brought me back to Qatar. Sweet, delicious, authentic. For someone who's not familiar with it, so so so delicious. I can't believe it wasn't in my life before this. The first time I tried Adani Tea, I couldn't stop thinking about it for months. This is one of the main reasons why I went back for a second time. Tea-lover. 15/10.
Shisha: Very good for Malaysian standards. So far, it's the best Shisha that we've tried in Malaysia.
Overall experience: The whole time we were there, we couldn't stop talking about how much we love the place. We couldn't help but reminisce about the time we lived in the middle-east. The only sad thing: it's far from where we live and if we were closer, we would go here every weekend. Planning to bring more friends here.

Long story short, we bwes to wait for another 30 mins for our food which arrived around 10pm.
We are so damn hungry and angry by then. Anyway, lesson learned. Make sure you ordered and make sure you check your order after 5 mins to see if they already cooking it. Tq for...
