👎👎👎I'm not sure whether your receptionist staff are Malaysian or not. But the male staff is really terrible, bad behaviour & unfriendly! All the time is not at the reception counter. (Tak nak layan kami) No greeting no welcome no smile, a bit quarrel with the staff about check in issue. And then the male staff asked us to cancel the booking and move to others place if not happy. What man? What kind of service staff doing in the hotel service line, I'm truly dissatisfied with the behaviour receptionist. Overall you can check the bad review from booking.com or agoda.com mostly talk about the terrible receptionist issue. I hope the hotel owner see this and take action to this kind of staff, seriously he is not in the right place to work, thanks...

bilik ok cantik , tapi receptionist hampeh , hotel bajet tapi mahal gila , tu takpelah , receptionist bangla , berlagak , takde cakap thankyou langsung , cakap pun berlagak , siap jeling , kita yang warganegara kena hormat warga asing yang kurang ajar? i ada amik vd bercakap dengan dia , memang kena viral nanti , sekarang zaman viral , jangan main2 , i checkin atas urusan kerja , receptionist sangat tidak ramah dan tidak profesional , minta bayar booking duit rm50 pun , main minta je takde cakap elok2 , i rasa dah banyak complain pasal receptionist warga asing , tapi macam takda amik tindakan , kalau rasa nak business maju , letak receptionist yang profesional , boleh layan customer elok2 , sebab hotel dah...

Had a pleasant stay here, worth the price, room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the washroom was nice, provided with water heater, muslim friendly, so many store and restaurants nearby, would recommend for a short stay...
