It's a worse hotel what I ever stayed. First of all it's a 3 star hotel, I was informed about it in the end of stay when annoying receptionist was bother at night about tourist tax, and its while they hold 100 euro deposits. Also lady allow herself to be rude. Actually deposits is also surprising, I thought maybe it's common for Malta, but no, previous hotel didn't have such strange policy. Also air conditioner have mold, maybe even wals, seems they repaint them few times , but hotel is new. Also windows don't have any soundproof. There is no gym or normal lobby, or room service which is standard for 4 star hotel, and this hotel do not match criteria for 4 star hotel for Europe Union, maybe for some other part of world, but not EU. At Expedia and hotels this hotel rate as a 3 star. Forgot about sewerage smell! First I couldn't understand why hotel use so much air fresheners, but on next day of staying I realise that it's to cover smell. And very tough mattress, tough mattress can cause muscle spasm, headache, pain in back, usually normal hotel would understand it. Hope do not need to explain how toxic all that air fresheners you use ? Again it's EU and now most of people for clean fresh air, not toxic with chemicals . But unfortunately not in this hotel.
Update: I extended hotel due my husband work , because we didn't know when we leaving Malta, that's why we had short extentions. But I don't think it's your business. Second, it's a 3!!! STAR hotel, its a disinformation of costumers. Also I don't have 26 hotel rewies and all bad dont need to lie. If you like so much my profile go check it again, but you don't need it, you even not able for polite response. Go to my rewies and check how reply reply 4 star and 5 star hotel. You have low quality hotel and low quality services. And I will add photos with mold and atns in your hotel. I hope you know how mold is dangerous, but you do not care about costumers health, all what you care is just to get profit. Ah yes, you still doing renovation, hotel it's a place for rest, not listening drilling sounds because owner want a profit. Don't worry I add video with sound)) and yeah hotel have one plus, stuff are really nice, except one lady, have feeling its her reply only she was unprofessional and ask questions whats not her business. And again disinformation , I never refused to pay city tax. But usually normal hotel have all taxes including in price, instead of try to take little here and little there, like 5 euro for adapter, ridiculous 4 star hotel do not have adapter but sell you for 5 euro. Also ventilation system all day feel smoge smell in room from cafe downstairs. Review about the hotel, but you are so incompetent that you allow yourself to discuss my actions and delve into my profile, and again giving false...
Read moreMy experience at the Park Heights Warren Collection was appalling and I would never recommend staying here. Not only is there no security in place—which allowed 7–8 people to freely enter the property and steal belongings from me and my friends—but the staff’s behavior afterwards was shockingly rude and dismissive.
When we reported the robbery, the night staff brushed us off and told us to “wait until someone else comes in” rather than offering any real support. They showed no concern for our safety or situation. Staff refused to cooperate with the police when asked for CCTV, and later lied about not knowing what had happened, despite being spoken to directly.
Instead of taking responsibility, staff treated us with hostility, even going as far as accusing us of smoking in our room—an unfounded claim that felt like blatant stereotyping. Throughout the entire ordeal, the staff were dishonest, unhelpful, and incredibly disrespectful.
This is not just poor service—it’s a complete disregard for guests’ safety and dignity. If you value being treated fairly and with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.
I want to correct the inaccuracies in the hotel’s response.
CCTV was requested at reception by the police, after we were told the footage stays on the system forever. The receptionist even showed us part of the footage of us being attacked, so to now deny this is misleading. When we first called at 5:30am, the night staff told us to wait until 7:30am for support, which contradicts the claim that help was arranged by 6:30am.
We did not bring back non-registered guests. The people you are referring to were the same girls who attacked us, and they were able to enter the hotel due to a lack of security. To suggest otherwise unfairly blames us as guests.
The claim of “substance use” is false and feels like stereotyping. The state of the room was a direct result of us being jumped, not guest misconduct.
We were left unsafe, unsupported, and misrepresented in your account. Sadly, this experience shows clear failings in guest safety and care.
Thank you and...
Read moreThe team at Park Heights in Malta went above and beyond to help us coordinate a number of tough issues during our unexpected stay: we were cruise ship guests from Canada going through a medical emergency, and we needed a place to stay while our mum was undergoing emergency treatment at the local Maternity Dei hospital. It was an exceptionally stressful time and the team helped our travelling party of 2 couples stay together by re-arranging rooms and bookings multiple times as we waited for insurance to confirm flights, finding us a local doctor to get medical clearance to fly once the hospital discharged Mum, and generally working hard to ensure we had as pleasant an experience as possible under our strange and stressful circumstances. Special mention to the two concierge gents, Islam and Benoud (I might have the spelling wrong), who’s good nature, humour and helpfulness really made our days so much better.
The rooms were lovely, and well appointed for self-catering or long-term stays. The location in terms of access to restaurants, cafes, various amenities and sightseeing was excellent - but it is overlooking a major thoroughfare/highway and the traffic noise is quite overwhelming at times: this will not be an issue in the hotter months when the central air conditioning for the building is turned on, but unfortunately we stayed during the early part of May, with temperatures hot enough to need to keep the doors open for airflow and a cooling breeze since the air conditioning wasn’t on yet, which meant we had to put up with the traffic noise.
The rooftop patio area is gorgeous, the views beautiful, and the service staff running it were awesome.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel, and particularly this team of customer service...
