A narrow niche store with a lot of Warhammers/MTG and very little presence of other genres of board games. Be very careful with the seller - the young one with dark hair is very friendly and customer oriented. His friendliness made me return and buy several games from there. The senior seller is very rude and not really adequate, he does not care about customers much. After talking to him I decided that I won't go to the store again. He does not seem to understand that it is much easier to lose reputation than to earn it. This is the first time in many years of my boardgames hobby that I have met such an inadequate seller (or store owner). Have been going to FP for over 8 years and around a year ago the store owner decided to ban me and some of my mates because some people didn't like us there. We never did anything wrong, actually we were the ones who brought people so mtg tournaments can be held!!! This act was done because there was a group (one of them was the son of the store owner) didn't like the fact of loosing hence why they spoke to the owner and he banned us from the store.

Think twice about going there as the owner only sees money and he doesn't care about...

Some positives to write about first. There is a great selection of Warhammer items, and a number of pokemon items also. There seems to be a communal aspect there which I'd also great as people can come here and play games.

Down side is there was no assistance or help when we walked in and were in the store. We stayed for 30 mins and no one bothered to ask us if we needed help.
