Hotel del Angel — Hotel in Baja California Sur

This is just on the skirt of town not far from the Malecon. Located next to a HUGE market, cinema and not too far away, Wal Mart so you have all the conveniences you need. The room is small but clean and functional, mini fridge, cable and free wi-fi. It is a little bit loud as the corridor is tile but it's not a deal breaker by any means. The staff friendly and the price is very affordable. In La Paz you're not spending much time in your room, you're there for the water activities so this fits the bill. No safe in the room but I think you could request one but I didn't have anything stolen. Bed was VERY comfortable. Air conditioning good. Small restaurant down stairs inexpensive & decent food though service is a bit slow....that's just the Mexican way of...

It just doesn't offer hot water, and they give the stupidest excuse that for safety reasons they keep the water at room temperature, so if for personal or medical reasons I need a shower 🚿 with hot water I can't because they don't feel like it, they even told me that I better look for another hotel That offered the water to my liking, terrible attitude and terrible customer service, Date 15/03/2024, in case you(owner) want to know who were the people who attended us, afternoon /night shift

Simplemente no ofrece agua caliente, y ponen la excusa más estúpida de que por seguridad mantienen el agua a temperatura ambiente, así que si por motivos personales o médicos necesito una ducha 🚿 con agua caliente no se puedo porque No se les dale las ganas, incluso me dijeron que mejor buscara otro hotel que ofreciera el agua a mi gusto, pésima actitud y pésima atención al cliente, Fecha 15/03/2024, por si usted (propietario) quiere saber quiénes fueron. personas que nos atendieron, turno tarde/noche

The workers, treating Foreigners very poor (my own experience) my wife suffers a lot with the cold and needs hot water, there is literally no hot water in the hotel, according to them for safety reasons, they keep it at room temperature, the most ridiculous answer I have heard in my life, and because I am a foreigner they give themselves the freedom to tell you that if I don't like the hotel or the place I should go back to my country of origin,  It's that simple, unbelievablea
