I'm so disappointed. This Pizza Hut location, at "Mi Plaza" seemed promising at first, with high marks for all categories of food quality, great service, and a reasonable price point. I have patronized the shop since they opened, on average once a week, and have witnessed a continuous decline in quality and care, and I can no longer tolerate the gouge, I am sharing here with the hope that they turn their ship around. At first the decline was almost imperceptible; maybe the flavor was not quite as vibrant as the last time, or the toppings were slightly less generous I even got over recieving a pie that was not as ordered, but the steady decline in quality has today resulted in a flavorless crust, which was undercooked to the point of it being sticky, delivered by a disheveled, disinterested employee of the shop. Whass happen PizzaHut? Why was the experience so good at first, bait and switch? Is this all due to mismanagement? Why am I charged the same for such obviously inferior product? I would imagine that by now Pizza Hut Corp has the formulas required to create a homogeneous product, this La Paz franchise does not deserve the name. I'm giving Little Caesars...
