Quinta Santa Cecilia — Hotel in Coahuila

We went to Cuatro Cienegas to see the Dunas de Yeso and Poza Azul. What a sight. We were lucky enough to spend 2 nights in Quinta Santa Cecilia. This is a very good hotel. We especially appreciated the heating as, in January, it is cold at night. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well furnished. The staff is helpful and competent.||We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold. Been there in August 2007. This hotel had everything we were looking for: few rooms and a swimming pool. Our room had a huge wooden bed and was clean: to have some rest here after exploring the biological reserve and its springs (you can take a swim in the hot waters which swarm about little black fishes!) was very relaxing. Les voy a platicar las cosas como son, la verdad este hotel era mi segunda opción para alojamiento en este viaje a Cuatro Cienegas, un mes antes trate de reservar y resulto que mi primer opción ya se había saturado, entonces me vi en la necesidad de reservar en este hotel (no muy convencido) sin embargo cuando llegamos el taxista que nos llevó al mismo, nos pregunto que a cual hotel íbamos, por lo que le comentamos que al Santa Cecilia, el taxista nos dijo que para él era el mejor y efectivamente, el servicio es muy bueno, y es un hotel muy tranquilo, sus habitaciones tienen muchos detalles sencillitos pero bonitos a la vista, cuenta con su minisplit para mitigar el calor, su cama comoda y su televisor con cable, el personal del hotel te trata muy bien, la alberca muy bonita y tranquila, a nosotros nos toco que el dia que usamos la alberca nadie se encontraba bañándose, entonces con un poco de suerte y les toca una alberca para ustedes solos, el precio es económico y la limpieza de sus habitaciones al 100, quizás la sencillez del hotel te lleve a la desventaja de que no cuenta con caja fuerte, pero como todo simplemente no dejes cosas de valor en la habitación y no tendras problema, además de que se encuentra a dos...
