I ordered cheese with chorizo appetizer & a grilled fish plate with steamed fresh vegetables. Paid wayyyyyy to much.. Yuck yuck yuck. The cheese had obviously been over reheated in the microwave, rock hard. Fish was oily and 1 piece & 1/2 as if I'd received the table scraps all broken up. Oh and the "fresh steamed vegetables" hahaha, are frozen bag bland vegetables, no seasoning on fish or vegetables. They didn't even try! To the owner, you should be ashamed charging so much for food I wouldn't serve a stray dog. You are a local and should look to buy fresh produce and fruit to serve as you know the livelihood of locals depend on it. To visitors, I'm very honest to give a fair chance but this place is awful. I tried it a few months back (hamburger) and its way over priced and no taste to the food. Get with any local to ask the best places to eat. They'll recommend the best tasting, lower priced (1/2 the price of this place) local joints that you'll revisit time & time again! Avoid El Doc, Mario's burgers (unless you need to lose weight 😜) and Cuerenta 40 like a plague. The Marialiana Hotel on the corner of plaza, just over from this place, has a great restraunt if your wanting any sit down nice meal. I've eaten there many times and never been disappointed in their food taste, cleanliness of restrooms and great service. If you like fish there's a fish restaurant that serves the best pascado frita just down the block from Marialiana hotel and the whole roasted chicken guy is right beside the pork folks (all on the same street as the hotel). Also there is a breakfast taco lady that has the very best tacos, yummy, oh and she's sweet as can be greeting everyone and making sure you're satisfied (she's on the back street). Otherwise stick with the roadside locals recommendations. Fresh local produce and fruit is always good in this little magical town. Its never failed me when traveling!

Great place. Inside not the fanciest one but the food was great. I ordered Arrachera because apparently the meat on this state is the best in Mexico I read, and it was amazing, the best meat I've tried in a long time. They brought me a free tapa of a bakery sweet thing too. The service was OK and fast enough. The owner was there too, assuring that everything was alright.

Food never arrived. We waited 15 mins to order because no one bothered to take our order (we had to corned down a waiter). Then we waited 30 mins and no food came. Also, they changed our order 2 times (with an interval of 10 mins between new order) claiming they didn't have those ingredients. When we tried to leave (angry of course) the waiter promised that the food would arrive in just 5 mins (he had just changrd our order for the 3rd time, lies lies and more lies) and refused to let us go in an unkindly manner. We had to demand the presence of the manager to explain the situation to her and only then the waiter calmed down. At the end they only charged...

After reading a bad review posted 8 months ago, I was reluctant to go to this restaurant. I decided to try it out, and was I so glad I had gone. The food was absolutely amazing and the price was definitely affordable, I guess that reviewer wanted to pay pennies for quality food. The atmosphere was awesome, the Restrooms were super clean, and the waiters were very attentive. I can absolutely say that with certainty, I enjoyed...
