Tres Mujeres Boutique Hotel and Yoga Retreat, Troncones, Mexico — Hotel in Guerrero

As travelers who prefer not to go to the same place twice, it says volumes that we returned to Tres Mujeres for a second year, as it felt like home away from home.||Our room was spacious enough, equipped with a fridge, safe, AC, closet space, washroom that was partially open to the outside, and an oceanfront patio. The hotel is well situated in the middle of the beach, allowing for a nearly 1 hour walk in each direction. It’s a wild beach, often rocky, and not conducive for swimming. But that allows you beach walks with passing very few people, and no loud music from crowded beachfront restaurants which don’t exist.||We were there at Christmas time, however tranquility prevailed.||Being a very small hotel, we loved how all the guests were open to visiting, while at the same time allowing for quiet time. Mexican and non-Mexican families, and lots of their delightful small dogs enjoy this beautiful place.||So easy to spend the day relaxing with a beach walk, lazing at the pool, enjoying the glorious sunsets, and walking to several of the nearby restaurants (some offer live music) and coffee shops. And if you want more, a short walk into town, or a taxi ride to several nearby beaches adds some adventure to your stay.||When we’ve been there, there haven’t been any yoga classes, although there are regular classes at a hotel next door, but there are yoga mats and a yoga palapa steps away from the ocean for your own practice.||Bring your own refillable water bottle, as there is a large filtered water dispenser in the common kitchen area.||Our suggestion for an easy improvement would be with the breakfasts. When we were there, every weekday there was help yourself simple continental breakfast, and three days a week they offered fresh cooked simple Mexican breakfast. It would be lovely if every day there was fresh cooked Mexican breakfast, with variation in the menu.||Although we don’t really know, it seems from hearing from others that Troncones is slowly growing, so go now while it still retains charm and solitude.||All in all we highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel, and we hope to...

Hola.||Estuvimos hospedados mi esposa y yo en este hotel del día 15/Sep/16 al 18/Sep/16, en la habitación Amarilla.||Nunca había estado en Troncones, sin embargo la experiencia que tuvimos seguramente hará que regresemos.||Troncones es un "pueblito" muy pequeño, no hay gran variedad de diversión, incluso la playa no es precisamente la mejor, ya que en algunas secciones hay muchas piedras, también tiene grandes extensiones de playa limpia, sin rocas. A mi eso no me molesta, ya que no suelo entrar al mar y es mar abierto. Hay lugares donde puedes ir a comer y algunas tiendas donde puedes comprar lo básico para preparar por tí mismo algo de comida, además Zihuatanejo está a 25 min.||En lo que respecta a Tres Mujeres, me da mucho gusto encontrar este tipo de sitios donde aún se refleja una hospitalidad verdadera, sin fingir y no la clásica bienvenida que te pueden dar en un completo hotelero grande. Es un hotel pequeño con 6 habitaciónes la mayoría para 2 personas, aunque tienen una para 4 personas, de cualquier manera son muy abiertos a buscar soluciones para el alojamiento. Es un hotel donde reciben mascotas, para los que les gusta viajar con sus animales, seguro es una excelente opción. Cuenta con una alberca lo suficientemente grande para la cantidad de huéspedes que pueden recibir, una cocina y comedor comunal, totalmente y muy bien equipada y un horno de leña, que si sabes cocinar, le sacarás mucho provecho. ||Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y no se diga el baño, excelente idea al hacerlos "al aire libre". Dentro de la habitación hay una cama, puede ser matrimonial o Queen Size, un frigo, closet, espejo, Aire Acondicionado, agua caliente, todas tienen una pequeña terraza, NO cuenta con TV, lo cual puede ser bueno o malo, depende de que quieras hacer en tus vacaciones, yo no la extrañe y de cualquier manera es muy complicado encontrar hoteles con TV en Troncones, cuentan con WiFi en prácticamente todo el hotel, si quieres tener una buena señal, deberás hospedarse en las habitaciones más cercanas a la recepción o tendrás que salir de tu habitación para no perder la señal. Tiene área de estacionamiento, el pueblo de por si es muy seguro. Al ser pocos los huéspedes que se alojan llegas a tener muy buenas pláticas con los demás y te pueden dar sugerencias.||El personal que atiende son sumamente amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y preocupados en todo momento por que tu estancia sea cómoda. Onésimo y Esteban que son los encargados del hotel son excelentes anfitriones, Esteban prepara muy buenos cocteles (los mojitos son de los mejores que he probado) y Onésimo siempre al pendiente de que no falte nada. La verdad que esa parte es la que no se le puede dar un valor, la hospitalidad y la atención no tienen precio y en este caso ellos se encargan de que te sientas prácticamente como en tu casa.||Los precios me parecen acorde con lo que el hotel ofrece, no puedo decir que es barato, pero seguro no es caro.||Regresaría, Definitivamente si.|Lo recomiendo, totalmente.||Las 2 únicas observaciones que podría hace es sobre el WiFi, para mi es indispensable y me hospedé en la habitación más lejana, por lo que no tenía señal estable en la habitación, en el comedor y en la palapa de la alberca hay buena señal.||Y la otra es que si no te gustan las mascotas puede no ser un lugar para tí, a mi me dan igual y las personas que llevaban a sus perros eran muy responsables con ellos, por lo que yo no tuve absolutamente ningún problema. ||En fin, nos la pasamos excelente los días que estuvimos ahí, esperamos poder regresar.||Saludos y mucho éxito para...

i hesitate to write this; tipping off the rest of my vagabond friends who will soon enlist in this sublime escape from the grind. Every detail was attended to by Salatierre, Blanca, Dañiela y Sandrina. We were gifted fresh coconuts daily and the manager even drove me to the hospital in Zijuat when i thought i fractured a rib surfing. The guests were respectable and shared drinks/food with me and the rooms are each nestled with charm. I had a difficult time booking reservations though as no one answered my phone calls or emails so i stayed up the beach for one week and when i found this "little private Idaho" another 3 weeks went by. I upgraded to the Princess room nearest the beach.
