⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fiesta Americana Guadalajara is one of the best hotels in the city, combining modern comfort, excellent service, and a convenient location right in the heart of everything. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a welcoming staff and a lobby that feels both elegant and relaxed.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a good stay. The beds are soft, the linens are fresh, and the air conditioning keeps the room at just the right temperature. The bathrooms are spotless, with high-quality amenities and great water pressure — something every traveler appreciates.

The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast is especially impressive, with fresh fruit, traditional Mexican options, and made-to-order selections that make it worth getting up early for. The coffee is strong and delicious, exactly what you want to start your day.

The staff is outstanding friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. Whether it’s directions, transportation, or local recommendations, they go above and beyond to make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, Fiesta Americana Guadalajara strikes the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers who want quality and reliability in a prime location.

Convenience is not one of their strengths.

I have to say that I was let down by this hotel, and I STRONGLY discourage people from paying the $2500 peso price they were asking at the counter. You can make online reservations at half that price, but then you are at the mercy of an antiquated reservation system, and anything you paid for online (like internet or the upgrade) is a hassle to avoid being double charged.

First off, they couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation email on my cell phone, so I had to make another $1500 peso "deposit". When they did find my reservation I had the pleasure of repacking and changing rooms to take advantage of the "upgrade" that I had paid for. The "upgrade" was pretty much the privilege of using the internet because moving me to the other side of the other side of the hotel had a less attractive view. I believe they were charging USD$6 per hour for internet access which another reviewer described as abusive.

I would save this hotel for conferences or events when you don't have to deal with the reservations or the staff yourself. If you value convenience, you will probably be as let...

The hotel boasts an enviable location, situated right in front of La Minerva, making it a convenient and attractive choice for visitors. However, the overall experience falls short due to noticeable issues with maintenance and cleanliness. The property is in dire need of a comprehensive renovation to match its prime location.

The shower in the bathroom was heavily affected by black mold, which not only impacted hygiene but also created an unpleasant odor. The carpets throughout the hotel were visibly dirty, stained, and showed significant signs of wear and tear, detracting from the overall ambiance. Additionally, some of the furniture and fixtures appeared outdated and in poor condition, further emphasizing the need for an upgrade.

On a positive note, the staff provided exceptional service. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate requests, which somewhat balanced the negative aspects of the stay. With a much-needed investment in modernization and improved cleaning standards, this hotel could truly live up to its fantastic location and offer a more enjoyable experience...

Somewhat dated facility in a nice, relatively quiet part of the city. Spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. Next to Minerva Fountain and within easy walking distance to nearby Plaza Sania mall. Hospitality Service is excellent and most of the staff are bilingual. Morning breakfast buffet is of good quality at a very reasonable price. Rooms appear to have been renovated, but could still use updating - especially the saggy mattresses. Housekeeping could be improved, as I frequently found hair on the "clean" towels. There are no in-room mini fridges available. Ice machines were only on every few floors, and the nearest one to my floor was broken so I had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to refill my ice bucket.
