I am describing the experience, Overall I have to say it was not ok. The staff, may I say, is not very pleasant. The hostess, young girl, has absolutely no customer service skills. She did not greet us nor did anyone else. When she did finally come to see what we needed, she did not even smile. Our waiters did not smile either, they were to worried about who was going to sit where. I think to them it is more about tables and numbers and they have forgotten that they are dealing with real people, families. This experience could have been wonderful if it had not been for their lemon faces. My Husband and I came to visit and it was our first time there. We paid close attention to see if it was us, or if they were this way with everyone but they were this way no matter who walked in the door. I have to say the food was very good and we can see why they are still in business. Maybe this post will catch someone's attention that cares about the customer service that is provided...

The food was okay, but my appetite was ruined by the service (and how salty the food was!). The service was really poor. Two tables around us arrived after us and their orders were taken before us. One couple even came in, ordered, ate, and left, all before we got our food. We probably waited an hour to get our food, and then some of our orders were wrong. The waiter either ignored us or made excuses when we told him our food was made wrong. Honestly, it seemed like the workplace environment was not a positive place. I felt bad as I saw ladies rushing around to clean up tables and then accidentally drop things or break dishes. The chefs and waiters didn't seem to get along well. Maybe it was just a rough day for them, but our experience was really bad.

Las hermanas coraje se encuentran sobre Av. Vallarta por el área de los Cubos en Guadalajara Jalisco. Tienen muchos años ahí y se ve mucho flujo de gente.

Al llegar al lugar te recibe un estacionamiento suficiente, a nivel de calle, y hay más espacio en el subterraneo. Lo que no me gustó tanto es que de cierta forma te 'condicionan' los lugares en base a si decides lavar tu auto o no.

En ese estacionamiento hay unas escaleras que te llevan al vestíbulo del restaruante, el cual te da la bienvenida con sus cálidos colores amarillos, y ambientación mexicana. En el área de mesas, continua el cálido ambiente, una muy buena ventilación natural, techos altos, y espaciosos lugares. Tu mesa asignada ya tiene salsas, quesos, tortillas doradas al comal, nopalitos, para quepuedas ir degustando mientras toman tu orden.

Los meseros están en constante comunicación via radio, y el servicios es muy bueno y rápido.

Pedimos un jugo de naranja, saber rico, pero venia a temperatura ambiente (muy cálido) y no se disfrutó tanto. Chocomilk de platano, estuvo rico pero les falto el hielo triturado (tipo frape) que se solicitó en un principio.

Pedimos chilaquiles rojos con pollo y un huevo estrellado y media orden de chicharron en salsa roja.

La comida te la traen muy rápido, pero aquí viene lo que opino de la comida.

Chilaquiles, la parte fundamental del platillo es una buena tortilla y salsa, en este binomio fallaron totalmente, la salsa no tenía relevancia, era un sabor jitomate plano, sin ninguna gracia. La tortilla estaba gruesa, no siento que la hayan freido bien. Tuvimos que echar mano de las demás salsas en la mesa, queso, nopales para levantar un poco el sabor. La verdad muy lamentable que el platillo haya sido un fracaso. Prefiero que tarde unpoco más en llegar la comida pero con buen sabor.

El chicharron, viene con una salsa creo que tatemada o no recuerdo bien; pero fue el mismo caso, una salsa sin protagonismo, por debajo del promedio aceptable. Los frijoles super liquidos, en lo personal no son mis favoritos asi, pero alcanzaban a tener algo de buen sabor.

En total pagamos como 650 pesos ya con propina.
