I was looking for an experience that reminds me my Mexico querido! And I found the perfect destination.

From the moment i step into the lobby, my Mexican culture is evident in every detail. The walls are adorned with hand-painted murals and intricate textiles, bringing the rich heritage of the region to life.

Also, each room is a celebration of color, with bright, warm tones and rustic wooden furnishings that create an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

Despite its colorful atmosphere, the hotel has a calming energy. The quiet ambiance invites relaxation.

The peaceful surroundings offered me the perfect escape from the busy freeways in California!!!!

Also, the staff is another highlight, they are friendly, attentive, and always eager to ensure your stay is perfect. Their warmth added to the overall charm of the hotel, making me feel like part of the family rather than just another guest.

I was there when a family arrived without any reservations, another hotel overbooked their rooms and they were afraid about not finding a safe place for their family, but the staff made sure this family spend the night in a safe place. Also, they did not overcharged this family which I found it amazing!!!

While the location is incredibly convenient and the building has authentic charm, my room was incredibly dirty, the shower lacked hot water and the toilet rarely flushed very well and I killed multiple roaches in my short 4 night stay. The floors weren't cleaned at all, evident by the dead roaches that were still there every day and the filth on my socks/feet. The toilets were also not cleaned daily, which is frustrating because when it takes so long to get the used water to flush and be clean, it leaves an overall dirty toilet. There was also a strip of my door missing, which didn't allow me to feel very safe in my room. The staff doesn't speak English and admittedly my Spanish isn't great so it was hard to communicate. We parked on the street as directed by desk clerk. We got a ticket. The hotel took care of it. 2. Floors were filthy. The bottom of my wife feet were black from the dirt on the floor. 3. Spiders were in the room. 4. Shower was so filthy we couldn’t use it. 5. One large towel and one small towel. 6. No glasses in room. No ice available. All in all it was bad. The pictures misrepresented the room. The place looked as though it was deserted. We were scheduled for two nights and could only stay one night. Once reported to the manager by phone we were assured we would get a refund which had not...
