Quinta La Perla — Hotel in Jalisco

Pros - The location is quiet and close to all major sites. The pool and outdoor space is lovely.||Cons -|1. The biggest problem was I had to change my reservation and they double charged me. My stay was in March and they still have not refunded me! I have called and left messages, emailed and have had my travel agent and Expedia contact them. They keep saying they will do it but here we are 6 weeks later and still no refund.|If that wasn't enough.|2. There was a large stain on the roof/wall.|3. No place to sit and relax in the room.|4. There was no coffee maker in the whole place. And the closest coffee shop is a 10 min walk|5. The water dispenser was often empty|6. The bed was as hard as a rock|7. I strongly recommend this place! Before arriving to the hotel, the communication with the manager Diego was excellent! He properly informed me about the different rooms available, what to do and visit in Guadalajara… the check in and check out was really smooth. The place is gorgeously and located in a nice area close to historical places. This property is really nicely decorated with a nice looking patio, natural flowers and plants and a swimming pool.
