I wouldn't recommend this location for several reasons; the hotel is on the corner of the 2 main roads in Guadalajara, it is noisy and NOT in a scenic area unless you like graffiti everywhere including the wonderful, huge old trees in the park across the street. The front desk staff was confused and inconsistent regarding hotel policies. The response to my question when unloading my vehicle, re: "is there a fridge for a bottle of wine". The reply, yes there is a fridge and you can bring your wine in. Once inside, however, it involved confiscation and a claim ticket so that upon request, "we will serve it to you, "frio". On the first evening, after considerable drama they served us a glass of tepid wine. The second evening that plan changed to: first, no we can't serve it, but wait, maybe we can if you pay a $500mxn (roughly $28.usd) corkage fee. I put the wine back in the car where it would have stayed if the policy had been divulged when I first asked about a fridge upon arrival. With a few notable exceptions, attitudes ranged from barely tolerant to openly hostile. In our three visits to the restaurant the service was indifferent twice and borderline ridiculous. I had bacon and eggs which came with toast and maple syrup. My wife ordered pancakes which came with jelly? When she requested maple syrup the waitress simply responded, "no" without explanation. She did finally explain that they were out of syrup, so no mention when ordered much less delivered and no choice of substitute offered. The pancakes may still be sitting there. The room was fine and the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating but I wouldn't expect to find a hair on a toilet that had a sterilized for your protection strip on it. We never mentioned it but now I've included a photo. FYI, neither of us...

I stayed here for a week with my friend and everything was fine until the last day, I noticed my mouth retainer (which I wear nightly to prevent my teeth from shifting after having braces) was nowhere to be found I cannot understand why it was missing if I had it there all the other days . So I informed to the front office right away and the receptionist by the name Eva advised me that the message was going to be past on to management and somebody was going to contact me the next day (it never happened). When I spoke with the hotel manager by the name Sergio Torres he advised me that they couldn’t confirm that it was missing and that it was then up to their insurance to start a case to get it reimburse and a follow up email was going to be in my inbox the next day with the adjuster name. This incident happened on 11/30/20 and I never got a call or email. I called back 2 days after to allow time for them to contact me and they kept saying Sergio Torres was going to contact me and he never did. It’s very sad that my experience turned bad on the last day due to this incident my retainer is $500 and I can’t believe that I have to come out of pocket because of a mistake made by a maid to thrown away that was not in the trash can. Don’t waste...

«+»||Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a nice location in the city center of Guadalajara. The hotel staff was always nice and friendly. Security guards worked 24/7. My room (#411) was very big. I liked having a large window, which brought a lot of natural daylight into my room. A sofa in the room was an extra plus. The bathroom was big enough and also looked renovated. The shower stall was huge and comfortable to use. I liked the big and very soft hotel towels. In general, the hotel was very clean, housekeeping did a nice job. Hotel’s rate for my Standard Room was reasonable (I paid approximately $50 per night with all taxes included). ||||«-»||A very basic and boring decorated room. I came at 5 Am and they said no rooms and check in is at 5AM and now it’s 11Am I been sitting in the lobby 6 hours and they say check in is at 3PM. I have traveled the world and never received this treatment. Not even offered a glass of water or a cup of coffee. Tons of people have checked out and they are so selfish and greedy that maybe I will use some extra electricity. When ever I arrive at other hotels they offer me a room of available. People have been checking out since 8AM. There is no way a room is not ready. There are homeless people sleeping outside. The streets around the bend are littered with trash. They don’t even have anything to do out the door like coffee shops are restaurants.
