Hotel Santiago — Hotel in Jalpan de Serra

The hotel is new & the rooms are furnished in a spare, modern style & have good, quiet AC. There is ample, secure, on-site parking. The hotel is located about 5 hilly blocks from the parque central. The walk is safe but is dark & somewhat isolated if walking at night. A decent continental breakfast is included. The staff is very helpful & nice. We would stay here again & recommend it...

Buen lugar pero no es congruente con el precio.

Hice mi reservación por la plataforma de booking. Me costó mucho trabajo encontrar hospedaje y solamente por haber utilizado la plataforma di con este hotel Si está muy limpio y tiene habitaciones amplias pero no es lo que me vendieron. Decían tener vista a la montaña desde la habitación y no es así. Todas las habitaciones dan hacia un baldío y la ventana de la cuarto es muy angosta. LO MÁS GRAVE No siguen las normas de higiene de prevención de covid, nada de protocolo de sanitización ni obedecen el porcentaje de ocupación y por 1,100 por nocheque me cobraron definitivamente no tiene las instalaciones...
