I feel its unfair and misleading that they get to call themselves a Hilton!
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days for a work related trip. There was nothing we could do because it was already paid for by the employer. We have notified our employer to not even suggest this hotel to our other colleagues in the future.
The breakfast staff is incredibly rude. They make you get up from tables in between ur meals and tell you to go sit elsewhere because you are a single person and the table can sit two people. And its not like there are more people to be seated anyways. And mind you, that too in between your work calls, you will be made to get up, take ur plates, ur glasses and find some place else to sit, they wont even bother to tell you where else you can get seated. And this happened on 3 different days, not just with us, saw that happen to ithers too. Where are our basic human etiquettes?
Room service will send you salad if you order pasta. And it feels like its a pain to have ordered from them.
They provide 350 ml water bottles for 2 people staying in the room and charge you 9X of normal price if you order more. Water is a human right, we survived because there is a mall just beneath. Who allows them to charge 62$ for the same bottle that costs 7$ in the mall?
We have stayed in Hiltons across Australia, London, India and Singapore and loved each moment of our stay. But this was the worst stay of our life. We have to rethink our brand choice now.
No Spanish? There you go, prepare for hell. We expect some english speaking staff if you are a brand that hosts people from global regions. How are you expecting people to communicate throughout their stay. Is the expectation that people should learn spanish for few days of their stay?
Our room cleaning staff was the one thing that was great, they were kind and so accomodating.
Everything apart, if the staff is polite, things don't feel so bad, we could have managed with everything else. But in this case, we were just waiting for our stay to end ASAP...
Read moreVisited to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Cesar the front desk supervisor went above and beyond with personalized service to make my stay truly unique and enjoyable, He upgraded me to a very spacious suite after I told him I was here for my birthday. I am a Hilton a Diamond member and was able to enjoy top quality service and wonderful hotel amenities such as the Diamond executive lounge which had Diamond member breakfast and evening happy hour, truly enjoyable with the incredible views from the terrace which had plenty of seating. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and offered assistance. My room was very spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning and great hot water pressure. The suite had a wet bar with fridge, table sitting area Including a separate living room which made relaxing much more enjoyable. Plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel was connected to the mall which was super convenient to Selecto supermarket, vip movie theater and some good restaurants.
Veronica from housekeeping was truly amazing. She serviced our room a few times and ensured the room was always super clean and refreshing after a long day. I wanted to give her a special shout out for her personalized details which impact in a meaningful way. I had some flowers my partner gave me just in the sink as I didn’t have a vase. After she serviced the room my flowers were in a vase with a personal note that had a positive message. Again it’s the little things that are truly meaningful. She made me feel happy and special. Sometimes hotels forget the true meaning of “personal touch” Veronica is a asset to this hotel for her wonderful service. I hope the hotel General Manager reads this to know how amazing the staff is. Truly 5 star service. I travel allot and this is a hotel I won’t forget. Truly Hilton Diamond level service.
Thank you very much for a unforgettable stay. Hilton Diamond Member...
Read morePretty nice. We stayed on the executive floor this past week in feb 2022. Diamond member upgraded to the executive floor. The room was nice but the ac either didnt work well or just couldn't make the room cold. I was already unpacked before I wanted to have to change rooms. The view is nice but large curtains a bit hard to close fully. Room had 2 small water bottles in the bathroom vs by the fridge or by the coffee. We had to request robes as the room had none. Contrary to the online description there were no shower slippers in the room. Shower head is amazing but water temperature is bit touchy .we checked in late around midnight it was easy. They were ready for us. Breakfast is really great but for the beef dish as the meat was a bit tough. Diy chilaciles we're great but a bit off the side by the eggs maker section. Lots of fruit fresh juice and delicious pastries. Overall breakfast was a highlight of the stay. We had a soup one time at night which was delicious and came with bread. Alcohol like wine is about usa prices but a beer like modelo was 60 Mex peso about 3usd which is a good price. But the wine was more expensive than expected for it being Mexico. The escalator down to the mall shops was not working, had to take the elevator. The pool is an outdoor pool on the roof top. Gym and pool looked great though we didn't use. The executive lounge was stocked with coke products, a few small water bottles and coffee. No snacks of any kind. Positive is that it was open on the weekend, the glass door remained open during our stay. We did not use the roof bar or know if it was open. Room had a safe as expected. I would stay here again but I would check if the room can get cool...
