This place lives up to its reputation. Wonderful, friendly folks who go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant and memorable and help you in any way they can. They will be you friends before you leave..||||We had a spacious, comfortable room with a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and shelf space. Nice bath and shower. Only inconvenience is a toilet seat which would not stay upright and is inconvenient for men and uncomfortable for women. Minor complaint, really. ||||Continental breakfast is so so...white bread for toast, jelly, cereal, milk, unchilled yogurt, packaged juice and some fruit.||||Great location on a mostly quiet street 4 or 5 blocks from the cathedral. While we chose Zapata 91 carefully among other intriguing possibilities for our first visit to Morelia, it was even better than we expected. Foremost is the hospitality of the staff, owners Victor and Alejandra and the smiling Andres, who are warm and welcoming and will do whatever they can to make their guests satisfied. Para ser francos: no esta tan bien como esta mal. Los precios son razonables para lo que ofrecen. Las habitaciones son amplias pero carecen de mobiliario. (no tienen armarios o cajoneras amplias para guardar ropa) Sería bueno que lo mejoraran. Aunque si tengo unas cuantas quejas del lugar. El servicio de limpieza en habitación es un verdadero asco. No limpian los cuartos para nada y puedo apostar que ni siquiera cambian las sabanas. No hay recepción en el hotel y el gerente por lo general no se encuentra, la persona que se encuentra en apoyo de los clientes es una mujer con una despotismo que es molesto para los huéspedes. Estuve unas dos noches en el hotel, la segunda fue una verdadera tortura; se les había tapado el drenaje y como resultado el hotel fue inundado por un hedor nauseabundo por horas.

It is not too bad or too well for hire a room in this Hotel, if you want to stay in it only for one night is acceptable, but not recommended for a long shot.
