We ordered the smashburgers and "poutine". We got 3 dry rolls with one patty and one piece of cheese with pickles on the side as requested. We should have gotten 2 patties, 2 pieces of cheese, fried onions and special sauce. The poutine probably started with warm fries, warm meat (tasty but very salty) and too much cold toppings straight from the fridge. This resulted in a cold dish. Spoke to a waitress after reviewing the menu again, who said she would relay the complaint to the manager. After some thought he came to our table (we were the only ones there). He said he would talk to the chef and had the bill with him with a 10% discount already taken. No Canadian would be happy to see the word "poutine" related to this even if it is a Mexican variety. If there was NO stars it would have definitely earned it. It is a dirty, rundown building with wires and hoses hanging everywhere, like it’s under construction but definitely isn’t. Terrible chairs and tables, most don’t match, waitress was quite frankly a bioch who didn’t care if we were there or not. Disgustingly dirty and they could not pay ME to eat food that would be cooked there. From the exterior it’s hard to tell if it’s open or not as it almost looks like an abandoned homeless house.
