😊: The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The location is very central and a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel provides drinking water which is in the hallway to fill up your water bottle etc. The staff keep the hotel quite clean despite it being an old hotel. I appreciate that the towels are bleached so they smell very clean.. 😢: This hotel is bare bones which in fairness we expected for the price but at the very least the hotel should provide a decent good quality bed. The mattress & pillows were absolutely horrible and need to be replaced. Lumpy, old and very hard. The sheets felt like sandpaper (very low quality) and some were so worn out you could almost see through where the material had worn thin. We could barely sleep the entire week and woke up several times every night due to discomfort. No bathmat for the shower was provided and no hand towel either. There were tiny insects in the bathroom as well as the room. We prepaid the whole week which was a HUGE mistake. We didn't want to lose the money we paid so we stayed BUT it was a VERY uncomfortable stay. Again the staff was very kind but we could NOT stay in this hotel again. An investment by the management in some new beds and bedding would go a long way to greatly improve the comfort of...

😊: Snad jen milý přístup personálu.. 😢: Ubytování, na které z návštěvy Mexika nezapomeneme. Kromě hlučné klimatizace, která fungovala dle svého vlastního rozhodnutí a hlučného stropního ventilátoru, který vypadal, že každou chvíli odstartuje ze stropu, nás nejvíce šokovala přítomnost mnoha štěnic, které byly v akci po setmění a dokonce i ráno za bílého dne. Byly na podlaze, lezly po zdech, po stole ... byly všude. Noc v hotelu jsme si tedy opravdu užili, neboť jsme byli celou noc vzhůru a ráno jsme museli kontrolovat kufry a batohy, abychom si štěnice s sebou neodvezli. Na recepci sice neměli problém se zrušením další noci a peníze nám byly přes Booking vráceny, za což Bookingu moc děkujeme, avšak nechápeme, že hotel poskytuje ubytování, přestože o skutečnosti se štěnicemi vědí. Recepční nám totiž ukázala doklad o provedené deratizaci, která však evidentně nebyla efektivní. No prostě příšerné, ubytování rozhodně...

Estaba en crisis, iba de trabajo a Progreso y hay una ola de malos comentarios de la gente hacia la mayoría de los hospedajes, al llegar vi de inmediato el anuncio de este hotel y decidí checar sus comentarios y me alentó a hospedarme ahí, la verdad muy buen hotelito entre ⭐️⭐️ y ⭐️⭐️⭐️ me tocó la 204 y tiene buen clima, la regadera funciona bien, las camas están cómodas y la TV funciona súper bien. En cuanto a limpieza pasa la prueba un 8/10. Lo único que veo como potencial problema para algunos es que no hay elevador y pues todos son escaleras para ir a las habitaciones.
