Hotel Tehuacán Plaza — Hotel in Puebla

I had no idea what to expect, and since we booked two rooms they both were very different. My room was huge, with Streetview at the front of the hotel, second floor with a huge terrace, big windows overlooking the park. The room had enough size to throw a party. ||||A big bed, a huge bathroom with an amazing shower. ||nice soft mattress, the pillows, wow......||||The wifi due to the huge room was a bit dodgy, but when I could connect to the hotel wifi the speed was superb. ||||Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, parking garage with very slippery tiles and small. ||||But the room of my son was a bit different, first floor (118 if I remember well) also huge, double beds, but his neighbour was a karaoke bar and so he had a lot of nighttime noise that kept him awake. ||||But overall a good hotel||||COVID rules: This was the first hotel where all the rooms were aired when not in use, during daytime all doors and windows were open, they closed them at night. ||I saw housekeeping clean doors, light switches, doorposts, handles, touchpads for opening the door, there was gell on every floor. ||||It was not in your face unfriendly and unwelcoming, but it was solid and well thought off. ||I had full confidence I stayed in a very clean...

First I thought they made a mistake, my rooms was huge with a huge balcony overlooking the city park. I lived every bit of this hotel. Even the way the aired and cleaned due to Covid rules.i have never seen a hotel in Mexico that followed the rules so correct without bothering guests with it.

My son was not so lucky, he had a room next to a karaoke bar. But also a very comfortable room.

I was happy with my huge room, although because of the size internet was a bit weak.

Great staff, good parking, great location, amazing shower, soft beds good pillows. I definitely would...
