Hotel Zenith Tehuacan — Hotel in Puebla

Back in February I visited this hotel after booking with another hotel which|Had a pool which was great for the kids.. I asked a member of the staff for a tour to see for myself if i would book with them on my next trip which was in October 2015.. and was given one.. On October 18 I stayed and didnt regret it.. As soon as the taxi stopped in the designated area, a hotel's door man and security came out and greeted us as they opened the taxi door for us.. Immediately took our suitcases into the hotel and waited for us then took it to our room. I felt like a celebrity :)).. lol The rooms and the Hotel itself is NEW, BEAUTIFUL, MODERN and VERY CLEAN.. The staff.... one word.... AMAZING!!! Anyone booking here will definitely not regret it. There is a restaurant which we ordered room service (food was delicious).. complimentary breakfast was great and there is a gentleman picking up ur plates at the table as u finish.. STAFF ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND DEFINITELY FRIENDLY. I checked out and was going to walk with hubby and son to the ADO bus station since we were taking the bus to Mexico City and the door man asked us if we needed their security (which was standing next to him by the door) to escort us around the corner to the ADO.. WHO DOES THIS??!!!! .... I declined even after they insisted... I have had my share of hotel stays and NEVER experienced the phenomenal service we experienced from beginning to end and for that I THANK U ZENITH HOTEL STAFF FOR AN AMAZING STAY AND HOSPITALY!!! Contine this way and u will definitely experience LOTS OF SUCCESS! Will visit again in...

This was my second stay at Hotel Zenith. Excellent service, excellent value, excellent location. The reason I say a bit of the States in old Mexico is because this hotel is like staying in a small boutique hotel in the States. If you are looking for traditional Mexican tile and old world charm, this is not the place. If you are looking for a really nice, comfortable room, this is the place for you. Front desk staff is amazing- very friendly, they smiled at my feeble attempts at Spanish. All desk staff has a good knowledge of English. I had breakfast every day, and it was always good. Not great, but a good start to the day. You can ask for them to make breakfast fruit drinks, pan toastada (toast) and other items that are not on the buffet. MEXICO IS SAFE. Having traveled to Mexico many many times over the years, Mexico is safe. Of course take same precautions as you would traveling anywhere. Our group felt safe at the hotel and in the streets...
