La Gota Residencial — Local services in Querétaro

While the building had great amenities and it’s quite new, the staff are very hit or miss. Some staff including one I know by name (Ruben) and another security guard were amazing, but a lot of the other security and front desk completely lacked any confidence or desire to do things like smile, say hi, or even open doors.

Upon my 1-month stay no one at the front desk ever acknowledged myself, my gf or my roommate, and we on multiple occasions had doors not opened for us, when other comparable buildings in Mexico would have staff trained to help with a door, especially if someone’s hands are full.
