The best dish was enchiladas. But they reduced the menu and left out enchiladas in their new menu. The best dish at this point are tacos. 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They’re big, full of filling, fresh and just yummy! We also tried sandwiches but they put so little of the meat replacement and instead they put way too much frijoles and the sandwiches taste basically as there is only beans inside. They’re located very central in downtown and share with other restaurants, an inside garden, which looks very cozy but they always play loud music and not relaxing-restaurant kind music but hip hop or other “trendy” music that you hear in fast-food places. Ps we’re young people ourself but it’s very disturbing to eat in a decent restaurant and having fast-food-music playing so loud. Also we found that the waiters and waitresses are not attentive and don’t provide good service. It’s the same McDonalds treatment as their music, which doesn’t align with the whole concept. We only come whenever we crave for deliciousness tacos but we eat and leave right away without sitting and enjoying the place because it’s annoying and disturbing. I hope they do something about it so we can come...
Read moreDelicious vegetarian food at a good price in a quiet “food court”. Our biggest issue was simply finding the place, which is located within a courtyard. The courtyard address is not the restaurant address, so it just looked like the buildings skipped a bunch of numbers. Once we worked up the courage to venture inside, we saw that there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops inside, all tucked away into their own nook. We arrived and ordered about 30 minutes before close on a weeknight, there was nobody else around and we had the courtyard to ourselves. There were a few trees with string lights and the sun was goo down, so it end up being quite romantic. We ordered a big mixture of tacos, chips and guacamole. Everything was enjoyed, all was vegetarian, and the mushrooms were high quality. I guarantee that if we would have discovered this place earlier on our trip, then we would have made...
Read moreAl Pastor sandwich was dry. A lot of dry bread, a bit of the filling. Came with a handful of dry fried potatoes. Definitely a chore to consume and not enjoyable at all. One star taste. Plus one star for being vegan / vegetarian. They cheat on credit card transactions. They will convert to your home currency at an atrocious rate and fee, so buyer be aware. This happens without asking you of course. They also cheat on merchant codes, so they appear as "shopping" rather than "food & drink" on your credit card. Back to one star for lacking basic integrity. It amazes me how people throw away their reputation for just a few pesos - especially when serving a relatively small vegan community. There are better vegan options in Queretaro. Their neighbor is quite...
