This was sadly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Aside from the poor maintenance (not pictured on official sites), the service was deceitful and unacceptable. After first arriving to the room, I found a mystery substance on the floor. I asked the front desk staff to call someone to clean the floor and they told me I was mistaken — that the floor was burned from a fire, but that they would send someone anyway to check. An hour later, I returned to the room to find the mystery substance still on the floor. After calling again, the front desk staff told me that the floor was actually scratched. It took three requests before someone cleaned the mystery substance off the floor. The person who cleaned it promised me the whole room would be cleaned appropriately the next day. The next day, I arrived back to the hotel after having been out all day to find that the room had not been cleaned at all. In fact, the toilet had flooded. I again had to call the front desk multiple times before someone arrived to do the cleaning. In addition to the lack of cleaning and coordination, the physical condition of the room is unacceptable. The bathtub is rusting and it’s paint is chipping. The towel rack and shower hand rail are broken. There is mold on the ceiling. The only accesible electrical outlet for the coffee maker is on the floor. I found piles of trash in the hall. The wooden steps in the hall are falling apart from termites! And only one elevator was functional. If I had arrived to the room itself at a reasonable hour to see this mess I would have quickly demanded a refund and found another room. But as it was late at night, I stuck it out. Take my advice and find another hotel if you’re in Mazatlan. At $85 a night, this is outrageous.

Don't know how this place gets 4 stars. 6-13-2023 I have been to many hotels, and this one is by far a (0.1) star (really bad). This place has the worst housekeeping I have ever seen. If this hotel gas in the USA, it would have been shut in already. The maintenance is bad and is short staff. The only good thing it has going for it is that it is next to the beach and absolutely nothing else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. The floors were falling apart, with loose tiles and dirty. The badroom was nasty, full of rust with missing toilet paper, missing shampoos, towels, and there were freaking roaches!!. The mirrors were dirty, and the sheets and pillowcases had stains. The pool water was very cloudy, and the floor was full of sand. We wete told the filters were broken. This hotel is just a joke!! I could not believe my eyes.

A complete atrocity, stay CLEAR of this place. We checked into a room and it was flooded. Management was hesitant to relocate me, though after the maintenance guy recommended a room move the host agreed. Our second room has a mold stench, both rooms were dirty and simply nasty. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed to have their property in its current condition.

The rooms were disgusting, stains on the walls, bed sheets and curtains. The bathroom was also gross I felt like I was going to catch some disease in there. The ceiling of my aunts bathroom fell and they came with white glue to try to patch it. They didn’t try to move them. The day we left the hotel the ceiling of someone’s bathroom actually fell on them while they were in the shower and ambulance came to hotel. ||The place is super run down. Only one elevator worked and they used it for the employers and guests. The walls of the elevator were scratched and rusting. ||The chairs of the restaurant had stains and some were ripped. The cleaning was terribly done and they didn’t change sheets. The last day there was no water for an hour to rinse after being at the beach. ||Another thing, the door keys would deactivate randomly and you need to go to service desk.||The only star this place gets in the ocean view. ||Do not stay there. The pictures I attached are...

We went there 8/9/2022 for a 4 day 3 night stay and was completely dissapointed with the hotel! The pictures on this website are completely misleading and NOT what the hotel really looks like!!! The rooms had just 2 pillows on each bed. NOT enough towels, NO toiletries NO kleenex, No coffee maker, no Iron, their was roaches in our room, the bathtub was rusted we had to wear sandals to shower. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the wifi was not working properly. The place needs A LOT of upkeep and DO NOT LET THESE PICTURES ON HERE FOOL YOU. And the wait time for check in was horrible no rooms available when we arrived at 5pm and we had reserved 3 different rooms together and all were very far apart one on the first floor and the other on the second floor and the third on the sixth floor. It was by far the worst hotel experience ever!!!! Look...
