Extremely delicious, but stupidly slow. There are many things to consider at this place, so don't make it your main attraction if you're in a hurry. The food is awesome! Everything crafted to detail with a river of different and harmonious flavors that will make you smile in every bite! The place is clean and pretty, but some of their design choices will make you suffer if you come with elderly people, for example, since the restaurant lack any soft surfaces to mute noise, you will find it very difficult to talk to the people that you came with as also to talk to the staff generally speaking, the music, noise and overall lack of attention to acustics is very annoying. READ HERE ABOUT TIME They're SLOW, it seems they take their word on crafting everything very seriously, because it feels like they're even waiting for the chicken hatch, grow and to lay their eggs so they can serve you... The lack of warnings about this is passable but still not the best. Food is still very nice though. We arrived and had to wait around half an hour to get seated with is understandable, then we spend almost 40 minutes before they took our order, and around 30 more minutes to get food on our table, everything took long... Other amenities are lacking as well, there is no courtesy bread and staff seem annoyed when asked about it, I can pay for my bread but I dislike if they frown just because of the question... Fui el domingo pasado Octubre 15, no quería escribir nada porque mi opinión en esta oportunidad no es muy positiva. Llegamos al restaurante alrededor de las 10am. Esperamos a ser sentados mas o menos 15-20 minutos. Lo cual es aceptable considerando la popularidad del lugar. Ya sentados se nos entregó el menú, pero antes de que la hostess se fuera, le dijimos que nos mandara a una de las chicas que atienden con la canasta de pan. Pasaron como unos 8-10 minutos cuando se acercó la Srita que nos iba a tomar la órden, nos tomó la órden y le dijimos que habíamos pedido pan hacía 8-10 minutos y que nadie se había presentado. Nos dijo que enseguida me mandaba a la Srita con el pan. Debieron de haber pasado otros 15 minutos, y ni el jugo de naranja que habíamos ordenado, ni el pan, cuando volvimos a llamar la atención de la Srita que nos atendía, y muy apenada vimos que fue con alguien y les llamó la atención. A los 3 mins mas tarde nos trajeron el pan pero el jugo seguía brillando por su ausencia… Le dijimos sobre esto a una de las personas que atendía esa area y nos trajeron el jugo a los siguientes 5 minutos. El jugo de naranja nos lo tuvimos que tomar porque había transcurrido como casi una hora, llamamos la atención de la Srita que nos atendía y le dijimos que que pasaba!!! Que porqué tanta tardanza. Su respuesta fue muy inocente, obvio no estaba preparada para dar una respuesta aceptable. Su respuesta fue que estaban saturados, lo cual era obvio, pero si no están preparados para atender un lleno de todas las mesas, para que te llenas de comensales. Para no hacer el cuento mas largo. Cancelé una órden que tenía para llevar pero mantuve la órden de los que fuimos a consumir al restaurante, a estas alturas ya eran mas de las 11am. Finalmente como a las 1:30am trajeron nuestra comida pero había ordenado un primer tiempo que no trajeron, le dije a la Srita que me cancelara la orden del primer tiempo porqué fui muy específico con eso, incluso ella lo remarcó en su tablet. A los 3-5 minutos nos trajo el primer tiempo para ver si lo queríamos, pero lo cancelé ya que a esas alturas estábamos muy molestos. Salimos de ahí como a las 12pm. Lo que iba a ser un desayuno se convirtió en un lunch. Sobre esto, no quiero culpar a las Sritas que nos atendieron porque me tocó ver como andaban vueltos locos. Aquí la responsabilidad recae en los gerentes, ya que ellos son los encargados de que la logística de servicio, se lleve a cabo en tiempos razonables, y en nuestro caso, nos llevamos una pésima impresión. Yo he ido infinidad de veces a este restaurante, y si se fijan, mis opiniones siempre habían sido favorables. La comida sigue estando muy buena, pero en esta ocasión demostraron que no estaban preparados para atender a tanta gente. Si no tienen el personal suficiente para atender tanta gente, pues no saturen el restaurante. Por ingresar mas negocio, sale contraproducente porque asi como nosotros, no dudo que varios hayan salido...
