Ave R Apartments — Hotel in Dobrota

I stayed here for four nights in late August and it is amazing and well located in Dobrota next to Kotor city. The appartment was spacious (kitchen, bedroom, living room with another bedroom on a mezzanine, kitchen area with dinner table and bathroom) ,and spotless 👍🏻. Everything looked brand new, from the paint on the walls to the fully equipped kitchen (air conditioning, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge..,). Bathroom was perfect size with a washing machine. The host was very nice, discreet and extremely service minded. The appartment comes with a large terrace with amazing bay view, perfect for dinners and lunches. The sea is just across a beach walk (10 meters from the house) with private sun beds waiting for you ☀️. Very reasonable pricing. Supermarket is about 10min walk along the beach walk and Kotor city is about 15min away passing by a small marina area with restaurants and bars. Do not hesitate to book here you will have an...

What a beautiful apartment. Cosy, quiet and with a fantastic view of the bay. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Including a comfy bed, a washing machine and direct access to the sea with sun loungers.

Conveniently located away from the crowds of Kotor, but close enough for easy access to all the restaurants and shops…which were A 20 minute walk along the sea front. Also quite a few in close proximity, With a much more of w a local feel.

What a beautiful place! We enjoyed every second there. The apartment was perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Great location, beautiful terrace and own sea access. Josip, the owner, is such a nice, welcoming and helpful person. Among other things he told us a lot of interesting historic facts about Dobrota and also his family. Can highly recommend this...
