We spent a wonderful time at Le M hotel with my children. The hotel is quite new, very clean, beautiful, beds are comfy and our suite was huge. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room maid was very attentive to details. Room was cleaned made every day. The furniture is awesome, the shower is pristine powerful and warm. Towels are changed everyday and you get gowns as well. The breakfast was yummy, anything you could think is was available, Bader the guy at the buffet would do anything to attend your needs. He’s very helpful always smiling. Staff at the reception were very nice always smiling and greeting you. We met the manager et the very end, she took the time to ask if we liked our stay and if everythingwas alright. The location itself is a gem, very posh area of Agdal and anything you want is within 2 mins walking distance, shops, tram, restaurants, cafes, mall and wood …. Read moreNightmare. Absolutely bizarre experience. For the first time in my life, I had to make a noise complaint against the STAFF. The housekeeping person was dragging trolleys around at 15 minutes to MIDNIGHT on the 4the floor, banging against walls and stairwells, banging doors to our floor, doing goodness knows what with pillows and linens at this time of night. It was so loud. Called reception and they were like oh oh okay it will stop in 2 minutes - so this is normal?? The bathroom ceilings were mouldy, there were ants all over the floor. My parents staying a floor below reported someone banging on their door for 15 minutes before someone from reception came to let them out. The room was big and the bed comfortable, but for this price, I would be insane to come back, especially with so much choice literally 2 minutes away with a much higher degree of professionalism and cleanliness. Read morePictures speaker louder than words. Cleanliness was very far from what it should be: In the first room I had there was pee on the toilet seat. I complained at the reception but instead of apologizing, the person said she didn’t understand how it was possible as it had been cleaned. I was moved to another room where one of the pillows had a huge black mark on it. The person at the reception said “but I just checked the room before giving you the keys”. Well apparently flipping over the pillows isn’t what she does. One bed was clean, or at least seemed like it, so I didn’t move rooms again. The shower wouldn’t drain properly and the ceiling was moldy. At checkout, the boss was there and she wasn’t aware of the problems I had. I told her I would be staying elsewhere because of that. She tried to offer me to stay a second night for free but it was too little too late, I had already booked another place and I was in a rush...
