UPDATE 2023-11-04 I certainly NOT RECOMMEND this franchise for this last experience on their terms with the customers sitting and consuming from the Menu. The waiter has the nasty role to tell you on behalf of the owner to not to buy take aways products while you're seated even if you're ordering also from the seated Menu. Knowing that the take away options are not included in the regular Menu. If you have kids you can only order kids menu, for the exact #of kids seated excluding adults.
This is so ridiculous and mediocre customer policy, although the personel try to be as nice as possible to say this. I would just avoid this shop for good. Big No No. Still TOO Expensive for the quality.

Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at this café. The staff are incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. We waited 30 minutes just to get our order, which is completely unacceptable. When we politely complained about the delay, the waiter (a man named Mohcine) rudely brushed it off, saying it was "not his problem" and blamed the barman instead.
To make matters worse, when I pointed out that we had arrived before some other customers who were already being served, the waiter gave a ridiculous excuse, claiming that the company managing the café simply "has fewer cups." Seriously? How is that the customers' problem?
The lack of professionalism, the poor service, and the outright disrespect from the staff make it clear that this place has no regard for its customers. I would not recommend this café to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere where you'll actually be treated with respect.
J'ai vécu une des pires expériences dans ce café. Le personnel est incroyablement non professionnel et carrément impoli. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes juste pour recevoir notre commande, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Lorsque nous avons poliment signalé ce retard, le serveur (un homme nommé Mohcine) nous a répondu de manière impolie que "ce n'était pas son problème" et a rejeté la faute sur le barman.
Pour aggraver la situation, quand j'ai fait remarquer que nous étions arrivés avant certains autres clients déjà servis, le serveur a donné une excuse ridicule, affirmant que l'entreprise qui gère le café avait "moins de tasses". Sérieusement ? En quoi est-ce le problème des clients ?
Le manque de professionnalisme, le service médiocre et le manque total de respect du personnel montrent clairement que cet endroit ne se soucie pas de ses clients. Je ne recommanderais ce café à personne. Allez dépenser votre argent ailleurs, là où on vous traitera...

For an establishment of their renoun, and their focus on quality I was very much scandalised by their attitude towards hygiene and the prevention of Covid-19 by their staff. A PPG visor is not to prevent sunburn on their foreheads... A nose and mouth mask is not a chinsupport or a beard warmer.. The PPG must avoid that servers and baristas don't spit-while-talking or don't breath over the customers drinks, ice creams and whatever else there is on offer customer put in their mouths. I was there for nearly an hour an none of the workers used gloves or disinfected their hands, I even doubt if they wash their hands after a toilet visit BTW please make your inside seating smoke-free 🚭
Aujourd'hui j'ai visité votre succursale Rabat-Agdal Av de France. Pour un établissement de votre renommé et de votre qualité je suis très scandalisé par l'attitude vis à vis les consignes préventives Covid-19 de votre staff et surtout de votre chef de succursale. Une visière ne sert pas à protéger le front de votre personnel des coups de soleil. Une bavette n'est pas une chauffe barbe ou un support menton. Les PPE servent à éviter que vos baristas et vos serveurs respirent eternuent ou crachent-en-parlant, sur les consommations des clients. J'étais pendant plus qu'une demi heure dans votre établissement ni votre baristas, ni votre serveur portaient des gants ou se sont désinfecté les mains, je ne pourrais pas jurer que votre personnel se lave les mains après une visite aux toilettes. Mais apparemment personne n'a des réflexes...
