The experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered a spaghetti Capanna with meat balls home-delivery for 75 Dhs and then I ended up with "rice balls" instead of meat with a terrible taste of the whole thing!!! What a shame! Absolute waste of money! It’s truly appalling and utterly unethical for the workers and owner to deliver such a poor, disgusting experience. When customers are paying their hard-earned money, they deserve not only quality food but also respect for their expectations. Sending out rice balls instead of meatballs, and serving a dish with such a terrible taste, shows a blatant disregard for the customer’s satisfaction and trust. It’s as if they have no respect for the fact that every penny spent on that dish was earned and given in good faith, expecting a meal worth the price. Iftar buffet during Ramadan. The food was delicious and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. They charge 195dhs per personne, which is a bit high for the value. We were told that it is an all you can eat buffet, but little we realized, that’s not true. If you miss the first round, you are screwed. The only thing that is unlimited is pizza 🍕 not the entire buffet. Service is another thing I was not happy with, we had to ask them multiple times for water and glasses for juice. The worst restaurant I have ever been to. We have ordered food and never been served. We felt humiliated by the servers and the restaurant owner himself. We made our order and waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes and whenever we ask the server when will we reveive our order they say: It is being prepared but we never had our food. The restaurant owner who looks like a Bad version of Andrew tate with his bald head, did not make any reaction even though he was there and noticed everything and we asked him he said: "this is a restaurant where we serve : LA GASTRONOMIE AND NOT FAST FOOD.
