Indian Flavors - Rabat — Restaurant in Agdal Riyad أكدال الرياض

As we were looking for some place to eat, we came upon Indian Flavours in our search results. Even though it had a 4.1 rating, we were curious to try the restaurants food here in Rabat.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted by a professions and amazing staff and were tended to throughout our time there.

We ordered the Lolipop Chicken (amazing) for appetizers, then we ordered their Dum Hyderabadi Lamb Biryani w/ Zafron Rice (the meat melted in your mouth), an order of Butter Chicken with extra Garlic Naan on the side (it hit the spot), Mango Lassi’s (Super), Sodas and their Masala Chai.

The service was top notch, everything came on time and with a smile. It was an employee friendly atmosphere. We had a front row view of the kitchen. It was clean and worked like a well-oiled machine.

Unfortunately their credit card system was down at the time so we just went to an ATM around the corner.

Everything was fresh and delicious! Didn’t feel the food guilt that you feel afterwards! Just amazing!

Y’all gotta go here and give them a try! Definitely deserves way higher than a 4.1 rating, it was a 5 for us!

We ordered Chicken 65, Butter Chicken, and Cheese Naan, and everything was excellent! The food was flavorful and cleanly prepared. Our favorite was definitely the Chicken 65. We expected it to be very spicy, but it turned out to be perfectly seasoned and pleasantly mild. The naan was fresh and soft.

The manager was incredibly welcoming and helped guide us through the menu, even showing us pictures of the dishes on her phone since they’re currently in the process of updating their printed menu. The cashier was polite and friendly, and we even had a chance to meet the chef, who was just as kind.

If I had to point out a couple of areas for improvement: the temporary paper menu made it a bit hard to choose without visuals, though the manager’s help made up for that. Also, the décor could use a bit of an upgrade to match the quality of the food. That said, the tableware was clean and well-presented, which we appreciated.

After spending a few days in Morocco, we were really craving some authentic Indian food and Indian Flavours in Rabat absolutely delivered!

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Osman, who manages the front of house, was warm & attentive. The chefs, originally from Hyderabad, even took time to chat with us after the meal, a lovely personal touch that made the experience even more memorable.

We started with Chicken 65 and Chicken Manchurian, both bursting with flavour and perfectly cooked. For mains, the Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and beautifully spiced, exactly what you’d hope for. We finished the meal with a comforting cup of Karak Chai, which was the perfect ending.

The ambience was calm and inviting, ideal for both casual dining and special occasions. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, the authentic flavours and outstanding service make it well worth it.
