Le gérant (Souar) est d'une impolitesse hors norme. Aucun professionnalisme, arrogant et irrévérencieux. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, impossible de dormir surtout avec le train qui passe devant et la voie rapide.... L'hygiène est un sujet... Les toilettes très très sales, la salle de bain bouchée, avec des poils partout (c'est pas mal nettoyé mais simplement pas nettoyé)... Les chambres ne sont pas faites et quand vous rentrez le soir vous tombez sur une chambre pas faite je vois laisse imaginer... La réponse du gérant (je préfère me taire la dessus) . Bref je vous le déconseille vivement.....

Nice cafe in the Privilege Oasis Hotel. They have a good selection of ice cream, but they don’t always have everything on the menu. The dessert cake was very good. Most of the staff speak English.

Brunch du dimanche Avec ma petite famille, on a opté pour les formules Healthy et gourmand. On a été unanimement conquis par cette nouvelle adresse. - Le cadre : L'emplacement est accessible. Possibilité de stationnement à proximité sans souci.( ce qui relève du miracle à Casablanca) Le staff est accueillant et à l'écoute du client. Le cadre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur est agréable et réfléchi. - Les produits : Diversité des produits Rapport qualité / prix, correct. Produits frais. Présence d'effort et recherche pour la présentation.

Do not book this hotel. ||We traveled internationally, booked online thru a reputable site. Got to the hotel after traveling from another city in Morocco only to be told by the front desk that they do not have a collaboration with that site. But they took my money far in advance and had confirmed the reservation.||I asked what do I do now and she just stared at me. Nothing.||I asked for a rec of another hotel- she recommended a hostel and said I could look it up.||For a country that is so welcoming and lovely in every other aspect (including the 2 other places we’ve stayed at) this was such a piss poor response.||When I booked there were not many reviews for this place but we took a chance bc we fly from Casablanca.||This. Do not book this hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Casablanca matter of quality and price! GREAT WELCOME since you enter with a very helpful concierge than believe it or not: the GM himself will great you and give all the derails about this lovely hotel that brings a nice olfactif floral scent since the entrance to open the door toThe rooms that are spacious with all the facilities needed and mainly property and comfortable beds especially after a long trip : ALL YOU NEED & DREAM OF||The cherry on top is vinezia Ice restaurant with a large selection of treats 🤩||Thank you Mr.Harbaz for the good / professional service and looking forward to visit again.||Please keep the same...
