What a sad experience. The bathroom had mould and the ceiling and walls however it looked very modern, it is sad to see this when it could have been cleaned.
The toilet roll holder was hanging from the wall and the roll was hidden behind the toilet.
Basic maintenance would really improve the quality of the hotel stay and would increase the amount of retiring customers. Very simple to control mould levels with some cleaning of the bathroom.
And why is the front receptionist gentleman ignoring multiple complaints of mouldy and non-cleaned bathrooms? How rude, that is not customer service.

The orange juice was on one morning rancid (I spoke to others about this too and we all agreed on this). However, if you are prepared to walked just 200m from the front door down Rue de Karachi to the next roundabout, there is an excellent little place which does a pastry, coffee & fresh orange juice for just under 3€.
