Hôtel Saghro — Hotel in Tinghir

It was part of the the desert tour. The white mini van groups were all here. The guides seemed to be very close to each other. It could be the same tour company. The bed wasn't bad not too soft nor too hard. The toilet and shower in the same room which the door cannot be close. The swimming pool is a kid size,best for dipping not for serious swimming. The dinner was not good. The chicken skewers not cook properly as you can see and other dishes to share was tiny size for 7 peoples. The beverage was not include. The wine menu was odd and waiter didn't explain that 3/4 means whole bottle. We wasted half of the bottle there coz we thought that we could only drink 3/4 of it. This place is really messed up. The breakfast as you can see on the pictures. All cold, no fresh hot cook food here. Luckily I prepared a lot of foods myself. Coz when I posted on FB many of my friends warned me about bad foods along the trip. So, I made myself full from my own food. The tour company must got big sum...

I don't know how did this place get a hotel status.|It doesn't meet the minimum decent human criteria for people to stay in it.||We were brought here by our agency with a 3-day dessert tour, so we didn't have a choice but to stay here.||We didn't have bed linen and sheets on our beds.|The room, bathroom and tables were really dirty.|Shower curtain needs to be replaced as soon as possible, it is half black because of the dirt.||The hotel is up on a hill, with suspicious looking neighborhood around it, we didn't dare to walk to the town at night after dinner.||Dinner was modest, we had to divide 5 portions of meals between 9 of us in the group. I was hungry after it, but there is nothing around the hotel to buy food so I stayed hungry till the morning.||We couldn't use the pool because it is outside, and it is cold at night, it was even...

We stayed in room 218 on Monday 1st of November 2022. The whole experience was awful. Most IMPORTANTLY we found a grey MOUSE during the early morning

Before this incident our impression was not better because of the following facts:

1. we found white stains on the coverlet
2. we found human hair on 1 pillow and a stain on another one
3. there were dead flies on the floor
4. the floor was not clean. Dried sticky hair were found

Apart from the above, in the restaurant area 2 birds were flying over the tables (we ate there twice -dinner and breakfast- and the birds were always there). Someone could find this romantic, but it is highly anthygienic. Moreover, during breakfast, flies were found floating and stuck in the marmelade...
