If this hotel is closing in May (not sure for good or temporary) then i think they should not have bothered to stayed open and still accepting guests during end April while we were there. And honestly it's the worst place ever. We booked through Agoda and requested for airport transfer but no one from the hotel showed up. A kind gentleman there had to help us to call them to ask, turns out they "provide no such service".||Housekeeping was not done well (hair stuck in drain, trash from previous guest were still there, dirty tiles and walls). No wifi for you as they pulled out all the internet cables. And "breakfast" served to you has only 3 options: fried rice, or noodles. Our fried rice was served to us COLD. Unbelievable. I mean, i get it that they were closing but no reason for them to serve breakfast cold right? ||They scheduled a elevator maintenance during midday and didnt bother to inform us when we went in to the lift - so we ended up getting trapped in there and had to take the emergency staircase to get down to lobby. When confronted them, their answers were only "I'm so sorry".||We asked for more toilet paper as when they gave the room to us it only has little left. To my disbelief, their response was "no more toilet paper" until one of the front desk said they could take some leftover toilet papers from other rooms. ||Throughout our stay all their answers to our questions and frustrations were only "im so sorry" without even daring to look at you. One of the girls at the front desk was fidgeting while saying that to me.||On a separate note: their tap water is salty. Not sure if...

The cleanliness and breakfast were good, and having 24-hour Wi-Fi and electricity was very convenient. The room rate was also budget-friendly.However, I faced two problems during my stay:Laundry Service,One of my blouses went missing and was never returned until check-out. Even though it was only one item, its value is personal to me. I was told the laundry staff was off duty and that it would be searched the next day, but I never received any follow-up. In the end, the item was never found. I believe that laundry items should be carefully checked, recorded, and handled with proper responsibility.Room Extension,My friend had already paid for a one-week stay. Normally, the hotel should ask in advance (at least one day before check-out) if guests want to extend their stay. Instead, we were suddenly asked to move rooms, and after moving, we were told the new room was only available for one night. This gave the impression that long-stay guests were being pushed out. In fact, we had already planned to extend our stay for one month, but because the reception told us, No more rooms available, we had no choice but to check out. I think the Reception should ask about extensions earlier and manage the situation more smoothly. Apart from these two issues, everything else was fine. But the missing blouse and the lack of proper communication about the room extension made the stay less comfortable...

Nowhere on any booking site does it say that some rooms (ALL singles) do not have windows. The photos are very deceiving with the curtain. I arrived at 10pm after a heinous bus trip. I'd searched for a room with window forever, even sent them an email (with no reply) only to learn upon arrival that i'd have to spend 3 nights in a confinement box. At first they were completely uncooperative (probably for lack of E and initiative- after that staff was very nice and helpful). I tried to find another hotel, which at this hour was difficult. Only when I asked them (after about 40 min) what solution they would offer, they upgraded me to a (double) room with a window. Room was ok, quite run down. Outside is a night meat and early morning whole sale market, so extremely noisy. Breakfast (on a great roof top terrace) is very nice with (very good) soup, the usual noodles and rice, the usual watermelon/banana, rubber bread of course, varying Myanmar specialty/day, packaged cake. Seriously, they must mention that there are no windows in their room descriptions. Otherwise...

As I try to be kind, I don't always post things like this, but how long do we let the burmese hotels get away with it all? What did I pay 22usd for? All the surfaces in my room were absolutely filthy, what looked like diarrhea and bodily emissions. They were easily wipable, but no one had bothered! They brobably had been there for ages. Those images are from the third "serviette wipe", as the horrid truth kept on dawning, that I had placed my clean belongings on something so disgusting. I confirmed with the reception, they claimed the room WAS cleaned. The reception WAS helpful and sincere. The bed was clean, thank God, and the shower, apart from a flooding floor, was tolerable. Electricity kept going out and there were men repairing the generators. The fire escape/stairs were locked with a padlock. Good luck getting out if there is a fire. The filth and much was such that I've rarely seen. Probably a love hotel for the burmese. Avoid!

This budget hotel cost 29000ks/day for twin share. It is situated near Chinatown and accessible to local markets and restaurants. The price is fair for what you get. Breakfast included but only 2 options to choose (fried rice and egg with scramble eggs). Service is poor. We arrived first to level 8 and ordered fried rice for two. Guests who arrived later got their orders and we have been waiting for almost 20 mins. We have to leave the hotel and eat somewhere else. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found some dusts on the bed sheet after cleaning. See attached photo. Overall, price is fair and hotel management needs to pay some attention on house keeping and more choices on breakfast.
