Hotel Azure — Hotel in Yangon

Hotel AZURE was such an amazing place that I had to come back to write this review. I made a booking at the hotel. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical before I arrived because it was a newly opened hotel with not much reviews. However, I thought it would have cleaner/better environment if it was newly built, so I decided to give it a go. Hotel AZURE is unreal compared to its price. I stayed in 2 singles room, very clean bathroom (which is the most important for me), hot shower water 24/7 (which can be difficult in Myanmar), great sunlight, modern design, and friendly staffs. The location is perfect as it is close enough to city centre but not too close to be surrounded by the noise of the crowds. Close to a convenient store, breakfast places, and local train station (this is freaking amazing experience, highly recommend to hop on it). I spent a whole month in this nice hotel. There is nothing to complain about and I felt very comfortable. The hotel is new so the rooms are still in a good condition. The bed was very very comfy and the shower was great. The staff is very friendly. Whenever I had a question, they tried very hard to help me. Their English isn’t that good, but that did not bother me. I tried the breakfast only once and it was fine. More asian food, but the fresh made omelette was good. They also offer room service.

Perfect value for money!!! But be prepared for the loud noises of the dogs at night - but it is a problem...

Absolutely a great place to stay in Yangon, we stayed here two times for a total of 4 nights. Clean beds and big rooms. Free water bottles each day.

Buffet breakfast with quite large selection of foods to choose from. Burmese/Asian breakfast but good quality and selection.

Location is not ideal, but it is quite calm and nearby to Dagon 1 and Dagon 2 centres.

WiFi working most of the time very well, hot water with good water pressure, amazing shower head like tropical rain :)
