I stayed here on the 16th of last month. Checked in pretty late, and when I got to the room, the bed sheets were dirty. I called the front desk to let them know and said it’s okay to change them the next day since it was already late. The room wasn’t very clean either — there were lots of long hairs in the corners. Also, there was no hair dryer or kettle. Luckily, I had my own hair dryer, but I called them and they brought me a kettle. The next day, before going out, I reminded the front desk again to help change the sheets. They said okay, but when I came back at night, nothing was changed. If I had only called once, I wouldn’t complain, but I even reminded them in person. Still nothing. I called again, and this time a different front desk guy came himself to change the sheets since housekeeping had already gone home. He was super nice and helpful — great attitude! Overall, the first day’s staff and cleaning service were not great, but the rest of the staff were really nice. Breakfast is until 10:00, but by 9:30, most of the food was already gone. Also, the door chain didn’t work. Other than that, everything was okay.

The location is a little far from The places I visit in Yangon. But, it’s easy to get to and lots of things close by. Pros: #1 - The rooms -They have VERY comfy beds. They’re not hard rocks! - the aircon doesn’t blow directly onto the bed - CLEAN! #2 - Bathroom - simple but clean - lots of nice amenities - We had all new towels. - they provided wash cloths! # 3 - Dining -rooftop dining with live band - room service with large menu until 10p - buffet breakfast - all Myanmar style. But, very tasty with lots of options. # 4 - Massage (I should say that I didn’t get a massage. No time. But…) - Great prices. 30,000 for 1 hr Thai Massage 35,000 for 1 hr Oil massage # 5 - Helpful and kind staff CONS: - Carpeted floors. They were fairly clean looking. But, the staff walked on it with their shoes in while dropping off the luggage. Also, I don’t like carpet in the room - Showers are nice. But, the water only a little hot. It was still comfortable to me.

This hotel was nice especially for the price. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and big. I also really liked the decor. Unlike other hotels that are annoyingly dimly lit, our room (Superior Double Room)had adequate lighting. The one con is that I wish they’d pay a bit more attention to cleanliness. The rooms have carpet in them which means the floors were FILTHY! We didn’t want to walk barefoot on the floors because they were stained/soiled pretty badly. Overall it’s a nice place. It’s less than 10 minutes from Hledan Center and quite convenient for getting around. Dining room staff was also really nice.

We booked it for one night just to check it out. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. |The carpet floor is disgusting (see the pictures). The smell in the room was awful. We had to leave the windows open all the time but it didn’t help. The towels weren’t very fresh. The toilet was also dirty (see the pictures). But the worst of it all was the service and the faces at the reception and in the morning at the dining room. We arrived after a very long ride at almost 8:00 pm and no greetings, no smiles, nothing. They didn’t even bother showing us the room and helping with the bag. |The breakfast was just acceptable but the atmosphere in the dining room was awful. You feel completely neglected. They really don’t care about their customers. They didn’t even prepare the room in advance. It was horribly hot and stuffy. |The only good thing about it was the location. That’s it. |The overall experience was negative. This is unacceptable for 45 000 kyats...
