I used this hotel for my business trip.||Acutally it was my second time to stay here.||||Around the hotel, there are some restaurants, you won't have any troubles to find where to eat.||And there is a money changer which is just 3minutes on foot from the hotel.||At the airport, you can't buy Myanmar chat with Japanese yen. But at this money changer, we can do it!||Regarding the place of the hotel, what is the best is you can walk to Shwedagon Pagoda. It will take about 20 minutes. Even if you take a taxi, it won't cost that much.||And if you are lucky, you can see that temple from your room.||Unfortunately, I could not have that kind of room this time.||||The room was not very clean, but OK.||A bottle of water, a teeth brush with paste, soup, a small pack of shampoo were provided.||Snacks and other drinks in the fridge were not free.||Airconditioning worked pretty good.||The hotel had Wi-fi, but sometime I could not access to internet even my PC got strong wave for wi-fi access point. So I had to made phone calls to the front several times.||Breakfast buffet was provided from 7:00am to 10:00am.||It had fried noodle, porridge and noodle with soup. And also there were many toppings. I had fun with the buffet.||||Hotel staffs were OK. Some were good, but some others were not very good.||I asked them some questions, but it took some times to receive the answer.||Some staffs always had smiles on their faces, but some other always looked sleepy.||But I think they took good care of me. So I would say it was OK.||There were some taxis in front of the hotel. But they usually offered me expensive fee whe I tried to negotiate the amount of taxi fee. So you have to have strong mind to negotiate.||||The hotel rate seemed to be a little expensive compared with the quality of the hotel. But still in "OK" range, I say.||||For total,...
Read moreI choosed this hotel with having doughts as it considered as a local hotel. But once I went there I found that specially the staff and the managment is very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The manager talked to me and even helped me to arrang my meetings. ||The Breakfast was Ok for the rates. The room is bit old specially the bath room, but they are going to renovate the hotel soon the Gm said.||Specially the food is excellent and cheap.||I recommend this hotel to any traveller as it is located in a very decent area where all the embassies are aound and has a fantastic view of...

The toilet was not cleaned well with the smell of urine giving me a big dispointment for paying 40$ per night. The hygiene in the kitchen is questionable: ants on the drink serving table; the water jar looked like it had not been...
