Hotel Vrindavan Pvt. Ltd — Hotel in Birgunj

The hotel was newly opened during my stay. Everything was afresh. Sadly it meant inconsistencies that props up from inexperience in management and staff. To add to that, the hotel was severely under staffed.

Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast they offer is an utter disappointment. They do not offer a selection of breakfast items which you can choose from. Rather, they have a fixed weekly routine for the dishes they serve for breakfast. Therefore, some days, breakfast may not be to your liking. Further, only milk tea is provided as complimentary breakfast. If you ask for something else (for e.g., a coffee, or, green tea for instance), you are billed separately. After requesting, we were able to secure breakfast items of our choice regardless of the weekly routine. However, we dealt with a lot of inconsistencies in regards to the food preparation, and presentation. All in all a 2/5 for the complimentary breakfast.

Room: The hotel is fresh off the line. So the rooms are exquisite for the prices they offer. Very well finished and comfy. A solid 4/5 for the rooms.

Restaurant: Shortly staffed. Therefore, they have a meltdown if it gets crowded. The food doesn't come out of the kitchen in time, so the waiting staff are subject to incessant bashing from the customers. Though we had the roughest experience with complimentary breakfast, I couldn't complain about other food items in terms of taste. But the service in restaurant could definitely use some improvement. A 5/10 for the restaurant.

Housekeeping: Again. Shortly staffed. And the guys who are housekeeping were just getting a hang of it. Therefore, I had to request them to clean a particular area, of dust the particular section of wardrobe. But thumbsup to those humble souls who didn't hesitate at it even at late hours.

Staff: Very welcoming, and polite. Though the hotel bears lots of shortcomings, the staff make up for it with their happy faces. Particularly the front desk staff went above and beyond their assigned responsibilities to make us feel at home.

Recommendation: Do I still recommend it? Absolutely yes. There are inconsistencies but the best part is they take in suggestions well. And the staff are absolutely alive to your requests. Therefore, you...

Hotel Vrindavan provided a delightful experience during the wedding ceremony I attended. we have been there for 10 days in sweet room which costed us 5000 per day and food bill was seperate ...but they never gave us discount .. even of 10 rs..and staffs were very unprofessional..they were so rude.. whenever we asked for Normal room they always said rooms are bg...they never appreciated us that we choosed them for so many days...i do not recommend this hotel ...there far better hotel in less price then them ..with...
