Annapurna Hotel Nepal - Birgunj — Restaurant in Birgunj

I am an Indian visited Nepal. Booked hotel Annapurna hotel in Birgunj with a Nepali mobile number. Got confirmation after OTP Check. When I reached hotel,they did not have any record. When I called call center, OYO staff said the reservation was cancelled by them as per my instructions. When I denied receiving any such call, I noticed that they called the same number with Indian country code who denied any such reservation. When I checked my reservation screen, it showed not my name and Nepal number but name and details of another person in India whom I never know. Even after entering correct mobile number with Nepal code and verified by OTP, the site auto-gathered all PERSONAL details of another person in India INCLUDING HIS PREVIOUS TRIPS. This hotel is absolutely bang for the buck. I stayed there when I went for Birgunj Live 2 as a speaker and guess what I had the room with the grandest view of Birgunj. Let me first point out the good things. First, the rooms are lage and they have mood lights installed. Meaning, lights that sets the tone. Second, the hotel is clean. Third, the bathroom has super duper hot water with all amemities like shower gel, moisturiser, dental kit, shaving kit and also a comb. To add up, bath towel, face towel as well. The lift is nice, parking is available. The only thing that can be improved is training of the hotel staffs. Provide them a standard uniform, train them about hospitality. Recently I have stayed for two nights in this hotel. After staying for one night, I was looking for another hotel for another day. But found this is the best hotel in town with moderate price and get back to the same hotel again in later evening. The ambience of the room is great with bigh screen TV and wardrobe. Clean and comfortable beds and friendly staffs are the assets of the hotel. Breakfast is superb with varieties of tastes and freshly prepared foods. Bathroom is well equipped with the dental kit, shaving kit, herbal shampoo and moisturizer. Even though everything is fine, the location of the hotel and the view from the room is not quite great.
