Hotel Star Purwi - Dharan — Hotel in Dharan

One probably doesn’t have a better option if a stay in Dharan is absolutely essential, but this hotel is lacking in a lot of aspects. The rooms are cleanish but seem like they’ve not been vacuumed properly, with strands of hair and small pieces of paper and plastic scattered throughout. Attached bathrooms are satisfactory, but unkempt, just like the rooms. The water had run out in the morning, thankfully I was done before the tap dried out.

A BIG NO to this place. I wish i could give zero star. Front desk officer has no skill of communication. I booked the room around 10 am via phone and went there at 3. But he said there is no reservation that is confirmed. The room (room no 12) was supposed to be deluxe. We experienced the deluxe room without water bottles and wiping towel in the bathroom. There was a single towel for 2 persons, i called the front desk officer (Ashish Limbu) , he replied that we have to share the towel. Wait!! What???? If you think you will get a deluxe room here, it is such a big scam. No proper bills they issue here. So at any cost a big NO....

This hotel is at Dharan near to a public school visible from the road because of the sign board. Though i had a brief stay here the hotel was good, rooms were decent at a reasonable rate and the services were also satisfactory though the room where i stayed, geyser was not working.
