Kimchi Dharan — Restaurant in Dharan

I have been to this restaurant few times. The ambience is good. Food is not the greatest but still good enough considering Dharan is a small place and has handful of Korean restaurants. The biggest downside is the Customer service. The staffs are not very welcoming. Most of them don't talk and just hand down the menu, they certainly are not polite. Everytime you call over the wait staff you get the vibe that they don't want to be called. It maybe because unlike Kathmandu and Pokhara, Dharan is not a very touristy place and not many restaurants focuses on customer service. I have been a regular customer of this restaurant since it was opened almost 3 years ago. I visited this afternoon again and noticed the taste of the food is not the same as it was before. They don't serve the previous menu as the ownership is changing. I hope new management will upgrade the restaurant ....
