Hotel Nava Yug — Hotel in Dharan

Cant give negative or zero star. Way to expensive for what they actually are. Don´t just believe on the reviews and puctures they post posing with celebraties. The stairs were dirty and there were people on each stairs using phone, who knows if they were guest or employees. the spider webs come free ofcost if you decide to stay at this property. In addition to that, filthy smell of paan is what you should expect or that's at least what was there when I entered the room. We decided not to stay at rgis property, so left the property within 10 minutesof our arrival. Not up to the mark and I don't recommend...

Only good thing about the place is its central.location ( right next to the clock tower)

Besides that everything was a big zero. Starting with the overly priced room in comparison to the services and room standard. Room had dirty linens and corner decorated by gutkha spits.

They charged extra for an AC room but it was almost non functional ( turns on but doesn't cool the room ).

In adequate supply of water , cant even shower as the flow of water was so minimum.

No toiletries and Television.

Highly not...

Food: the worst food i have ever eaten. Room: full of mosquitoes & doesn't provide mosquito liquid. AC is not chill, it's just like a show piece. Owner & Staff's behavior: very rude. They behave like guests will escape without paying. And force you to pay instantly before you enter the room or have dinner or take bottle of water (like in local shop, we purchase goods and pay instantly).

Never recommend anyone...
