Himalayan House Resort — Hotel in Dhulikhel

The worst resort in the town. Poor hospitality, low quality services, no respect for towards the guest. More importantly, when I was giving some feedbacks regarding the hospitality and poor quality food, lady sitting at the counter(looks like owner) was very impolite and making her face and trying to escape from us. I have been to several hotels in Nepal and Abroad, and this is the only hotel without hospitality. I would recommend not even try this resort. At Himalayan House, you get to gaze out from the valley rim with magnificent views of the Himalayan Mountains. Dhuliekhel retains it's village atmosphere and is a joy to stroll around in. More energetic entertainment at Last Resort and Borderlands are nearby and can be arranged from Himalayan House. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with its own terrace views and the staff were remarkably accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and value for money, but very poor room service. Rooms have beautiful view of hills from balcony. Breakfast was good in BB plan from Oyo. But you need to Know that, they add extra 10% service charge in room rent which was shown by Oyo which annoyed me during check out.
