Good cost-benefit ratio. You can bargain quite a good price (1000 rs/night) and if you stay in one of the upper floor rooms, it's quite a pleasant stay. Wouldn't recommend the lower rooms. The rooms are quite clean for Nepali standards and you can ask the owners to clean them a bit more. You can even borrow a vacuum cleaner. The bed is quite hard but surprisingly comfy. WiFi is fast. Hot water is solar powered so only available if it's sunny. As for the food we've tried veg momos which are ok. The egg chowmein and egg fried rice were very oily and the eggs weren't fresh. You can go eat to Bhatidanda fresh and natural homestay just 5 minutes walk up the hill where they cook amazing homemade Nepali food. Try the dhido thali there for sure! If you're lucky you can have a great view of Himalayas directly from the room. However we stayed for 8 nights in April and we weren't lucky. Still you can watch a pretty sunrise and sunset everyday. We recommend making day trips to Namo Buddha monastery and historic town Panauti - both are 10 Kms walks or you can take a bus.

We landed at this place unexpectedly. We were turned back from a block at night and had a difficulty searching for a budget hotel for the night. We faced rude staffs at other hotels who would not accept to accommodate us. Then MM came to the rescue. Found the hotel by chance on the map. When I called the hotel, the guy on the phone was very friendly and told us how to reach the hotel. The service was great with very good hospitality and affordable food. The rooms were good, just had a small issue with hot water in the toilet. We realized the importance of the name and location in the morning, with fantastic views of langthang range above the clouds and a ingenious mirror. Would suggest this place 100 percent.

We were very fortunate to have found this warm and welcoming guesthouse. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Wishing you all peace and happiness. Special thanks to the owner for helping us arrange transportation to Namo Buddha — we truly appreciate The food was delicious. 但是熱水不給力,已沒有吹風機😐
