Palette - Hotel Tapas — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I booked the hotel as a last minute holiday from UK. Compared to other late deals of existing five star hotels, I was very pleasantly surprised with everything about the hotel from arrival to departure with very competitive price. A fabulous team of staff from the porter, receptionist, room cleaners, bar staff & breakfast service. ||||The beautiful scenery within & out side from my room was absolutely spectacular. I felt so privileged to be able to experience the modern architectural beauty of building with retro ancient touch decor. ||||There’s so much more to say about the location, but I think that visitors would benefit from experiencing it for themselves. We stayed there for three nights and we had a really comfortable stay. The rooms were wide and luminous. The workers were very supportive and friendly, too. We check-in and checked out so easily.||Even though we were early for check-in, we were given rooms without wasting time. I actually didn't stayed here but have had order some pizza which took them around more than 1hr 45min where they stated the time consuming was only 45min. No proper Service and irresponsible. Had what a waste of time knowing later the food was not good. would have had complain, but have took the food as a take away.

I'm Sorry but with the service and the things what I along with some faced, would recommend no-one as well won't visit here any time...
